I used to do a lot of exercise because my life had me on the go - going from place to place for hobbies or studying or hanging out from friends. As my life becomes more static, the more I don't exercise.

But I am fighting to make sure I don't become a large gelatinous blob.

    Guys, what do you think?

Is lifting the beers counted as a weight lifting... exercise? If so, I work out at least 5-10 hours a week

Have you found that you've lost any weight? Which sports do you do on the wii?

I go through phases of exercising and then not as much. I always aim to go to the gym 5 times per week which I was doing pretty much all of last year and the first part of this year. I then got injured and stopped (not at the Gym). So I am just starting training again now had my first gym workout back yesterday so hopfully I will be getting myself fitter again.

    Default Excerise

I walk and power walk about 35 - 50 miles every week. The exception was in February when there was over three feet of snow everywhere. I live in one of the hilliest parts of my city, and the real test is power walking up "Negley Hill" or "Cardiac Hill" as it is nicknamed. That is an endurance test.
