Payment question for Betfair

Have u guys got paid by betfair?, i was supposed to receive my first payment about 15th of this month, i have 2 pending invoices of more than 400GBP.
today we are 16 and i haven´t received the payment email yet.

Hi Kevin, if you email information about your payment problem to the main Betfair GPWA contact (Bernadette.Homor@betfair.com) and CC your message to Rebecca (rebecca@casinocity.com), we can follow up on the situation. I would ordinarily be the person to follow up on these concerns but will be out of the office beginning Thursday and Rebecca will be handling them in my absence. Please CC me at steven@gpwa.org as well as I will probably be obsessive and want to check on the status toward resolving this while I'm on vacation.

Joey, I read your message as reflecting an assumption that we're working toward different goals. But I know we both care deeply about moving the industry in a direction where honest programs thrive and dishonest programs aren't able to sustain their dishonesty. I work hard to resolve complaints that are raised to GPWA, and the rest of the team here takes these issues very seriously as well. The message felt like you were ridiculing the efforts we are making and I hope that I am misunderstanding what you meant. We have big goals and I hope we're able to come together as a community to make progress.

In regards to the presence of Evgeny, who used the GPWA and CasinoMeister nickname Red Army, he left Betfair several months ago. The new Betfair GPWA liaison is Bernadette Homor, who goes by the nickname Betfair Casino aff. I've alerted Bernadette to this thread.

Could you send me a private message with your details such as Aff Id amount and for the period it is owed for. I will try my best to get an update about the payments. I dont personally do the payouts our team handles it in our London offices. But we have already processed November's commissions, so perhaps you forgot to submit your invoices?

According to the terms, I would expect to be paid within 30 days unless I was specifically told to provide an invoice. Can you just clarify that this is the case?

4.9 Subject to clause 4.8 amounts due to you in respect of a calendar month will

(a) in the event that you are registered for VAT or any equivalent tax in the jurisdiction in which you are based be paid within 30 days of Betfair receiving your invoice for the amount due; or

(b) if you are not registered for VAT or any equivalent tax in the jurisdiction in which you are based be paid within 30 days of the end of such calendar month or, if Betfair in its complete discretion requires you to provide an invoice, within 30 days of receipt of such invoice .

me too, i don t have receive payment confirm from Betfair. i have 2 pending invoices of more than 3k £ . It is very weird situation. And i don t have any response clear answer from Betfair Affiliate Department. They don t reply e-mail to me.
