Exclamation Programs NOT affiliated with EM

It's been brought up that those who do have relationships with EM might be to worried about being crucified by the community to admit it.

This thread is for are there any programs who wish to step up to the plate and assert that they have in no way been associated with EM outside of simple certification. It will help distance your company from the commotion and could only have a positive effect.

Here is a great place to show that you never did business with EM in such a way that you were deceptive to affiliates and compromised your transparency by actually allowing EM to run your affiliate program, poker room or casino.

Maybe I am still in the minority - but I'd like to have an idea of how far EM reaches. Are we talking about two properties? Or twenty? Surely some will come forward to say they have had nothing to do with EM.

A recent post by Michael makes me want to clarify the question: I don't think minor consulting with EM was a problem.

As long as EM didn't have significant involvement in managing your operations I think everything is fine. I don't think anyone really has a problem with this. Although you might want to mention it at this point so there is no question.

I think people want to know what Michael cannot share because of confidentiality agreements or other devices. So, at this point, it's up to us to get the rest of the information. We can't expect him to do everything. If we can't get this done it really makes me wonder if I want to remain in the industry. It would be nice to know what programs are honest and transparent and who decided to be underhanded with us.

I reckon this is a non-topic based on all the dramatic progress that was made with avatars etc. Cool Beans!

Has any affiliate program come forward to say if they are or not
    affiliated to EM?

    Guys

This kind of thread is not on.

To be honest I dont think anybody will post and why should they, my company is a public traded company in Norway called playsafe Holdings and I do have the CAP and PAP seal, I think this witch hunt needs to end and let focus on the real reason why we are all in this industry and that is to make money.

I agree that some of the things that have come to light with CAP are not great, but they have a great community and they run great events.

People should not have to choose sides, I for one will not and I feel both GPWA and CAP bring value to the industry.

    Thanks

It's not a "witch hunt", an "agenda", nor is it a
    "hate CAP" crusade!!

It is about "transparency", "honesty", and "truth", period!!

Wait a minute here, there are still affiliates who are owed a lot of money from Cardspike-CAP-EM, whoever it is - so I don't see this particular thread as a witch hunt but more of webmasters trying to protect themselves from doing business with a company who is shafting affiliates.

Personally I could care less who EM-CAP is involved with assuming they pay all their bills accordingly, but that is not happening and affiliates want to know who they are doing business with, its as simple as that.

I really am getting tired of all the drama ,I think you can be more productive with your time than threads like this.We still have a cap membership but I have nothing to talk about there at the moment.I do not think all things Lou touches is evil.I am always suspicious of new casinos and affiliate programs for at least a year .Even groups that have been around 5-10 years we still do not deal with.I think we all know by now lou made an ass of himself in London ,Lou is behind cardspike which still owes some money to affiliates and bottom line Programs will have to make up their mind if they renew.
I would like to say CAP certification means nothing to us ,at one time it did but not anymore . These forums can't help get us paid by rogue affiliate programs ,if they could i would not be out $30,000+ from hypegaming and hotpepper affiliates and god knows what from grand prive.
I understand wanting to keep the story alive but it is to the point some of you seem obsessing over it.I think some damage has been done to cap ,look at the lack of posters there but what does that matter if programs are lining up to pay money to their next event?

Maybe the message we should send to casino programs is they dont have to pay thousands to get our attention .They have an email ,I have one too -click send it costs you NOTHING !

Not sure it falls into the transparency directive, but heck I'll ask anyway - care to share how much you paid to carry that seal?

    Witch hunt?

The hunt here is for ethics - if you dont have them then steer clear of the pitchforks, because they will surely come your way - and as well they should!

The real reason we are here is to make money?

Yes, thats correct, but to do so in an ethical manner - not at any cost, by any means, necessary! Those days are over - if you arent conducting yourself in an ethical manner in my industry and I know about it - I will do what ever I can to help you see the light and if you ignore me I will do what ever I can to make you feel the heat. You see wrong and you ignore wrong - you are wrong!

If a program is associated with or ran my EM I want to know as I will not work with them - if every single program out there has ties to EM I will leave the industry - its that simple. I as an affiliate am extremely concerned about this!

Thus IMO - this thread is not only on - its balls on accurate.

THUS if anyone knows of any additional programs which are working hand and hand with EM or for that matter any other company associated with EMs operators, please post - its more than relevant!

Well maybe nmow i have started things off other affiliate manager or affiliate directors will post, but to be honest i doubt it....

I don't think anyone here has insinuated that you are a witch so dont worry about any stakes here.

Personally I think if all you are considering is the Cardspike issue, then you aren' fully informed about all that has transpired, but hey I respect that you have taken the time to post here. And if you wish to be involved with a community that has over 8000 members that is your choice.... I hope happy days are headed your way.

    Hey Shaun ,
It would be nice to see some ACTION by programs but most programs dont even log into cap to read forums , some pay just to attend live events from what i see.Cardspike is just one issue ,the general spirit of the CAP community is broken .Dominique tried to open things up and Lou came into the threat and shut that down very quickly and made it seem like they are planing a coup to take him down.He did it all himself and i think the london event was the straw that did it.

no doubt. You can't defend that nor would I want to, made us look like a bunch of thugs.
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.

No one is asking anything unreasonable. We as affiliates have relationships with you as affiliate managers and the owners of these forums that are here to help the community.

If the people who host the community and profit from it are in the one hand suggesting programs to us, why shouldn't we have the right to know what ones paid more for "extra pushing" or the ones that they completely control? Clearly if they have a financial interest in the program we should be allowed to know about it since there could easily be a conflict of interest -- OUR interest -- Hiding it is deceptive. The ones who created this mess are the ones who have brought all of this drama on us.

Okay lets put it this way say what ever you like about CAP an di know most of you will, the events they put on are top class.

Barcalona was an amazing event (GPWA event in Barca was also great, thanks for the chance to speak and say my bit) London was also another cracking event, to be honest when the events happen I hardly go to the floor I am the events to do business I have a suite and I do all of my meeting within the suite, the only i left the suite during the day was to smoke (which I have now stopped) and to speak at the rakeback session.

As for what happened with CAP Vs GPWA i have no comment I heard 5 versions of events.

So for me London was great and I very much hope CAP keeps up th egood work.

Least I know now where your moral compass is pointing, but hey I respect it. Nothing could be better than smashing the careers of so many deceit affiliates.

I suppose this would happen if we continually turn a blind eye. But respect my opinion CAP is a rogue board hell bent on spreading misery throughout the community. Cap for me is like a virus, no cure that feeds of their host and continues to spread. Infecting deceit minds with false hopes and broken dreams.

Regarding programs affiliated with EM I would surely like to know, I know this whole transparency is not morally sound LMAO. Instead I will rely on research and company moles to provide me a list. Now that is a good business model to follow. Know who your dealing with!
