stats issue on multiple brands using IA

Additional talk of Income Access related tracking/reporting issues is with Betfred in this post (quoted below)

Apologies if this should be in June but Fred are saying they've had some issues with mobile tracking but payments "will definitely" be made this week.

I am not seeing issues worth any statistical significance in reporting or tracking mobile conversions/players flowing over to other IA-using brands when combing through my own stats and data. So in this case, that would suggest the issue is with BetFred and not with IA.

10Bet's data is zero on 19th May. May just be coincidence, but I would expect stats of some sort on every day on our account.

Might be worth having a quick check on the earnings report on all Income Access advertisers you have as an affiliate to see if there was a wider issue on this day with data import on their side.

I originally took notice of issues across multiple brands on 19 May. My original thought was that it was an Income Access issue that they were going to blame on a single, yet unnamed games provider.

Funny story, we reached out to brands about the absence of player data for some and incomplete looking data on 19 May. It took one brand until 1 June to reply. In her 1 June reply, she suggested that there was nothing wrong and everything was updated. Funny thing is, I suspect that my email triggered her to ask for an update to that day - or it was a "known issue" and she was sitting on it until all appeared well. I checked this on 31 May and as of then, the date was still without data.

In addition to this, (at Gala Partners) there's what appears to be an inflation of a single new player's earnings - almost as if they were manually put into the system.

my bgo stats look weird all month, before I was getting registrations and not many depositing due to taking the free spins. however this month on 2 sign ups and both depositing, before i'd be looking at about 10 registrations to 2 depositors. IA are starting to **** me off now and im normally well chilled out

Well, at least your players are converting better than mine :P I have about 3 - 4 % that becomes depositing players.

Mine have "seemed" a fair bit lighter than I expect (given their positions) over the past two months.

Also seeing that Affiliateco is not currently tracking clicks. Appears to be another IA related glitch (though quite possibly related to the 888 API update).

Something is definetly wrong with bgobuddies for me.

The traffic I am getting right now is double of that last month yet 1/3 registrations and also impressions and clicks do not match from what I can tell from my own statistical info.

I have contacted my affiliate manager, so let's see what their tech-support says.

Last week BGO went thru a whole site update that took a whole day, maybe it has something to do with that ?

*I just changed my tracking links to some others, lets see if that changes something.

I think given the amount of chatter this month, it is safe to assume with near certainty that something is definitely wrong with bgo as of late.

As an aside regarding an earlier comment --- They "should" update nearly real time...

Before bgo updated site 1/6 -10/6 : registration ratio 45 %

After 11/6 - 18/6 : registration ratio 11 %

So what I think is the problem is that clicks track OK, but the registration data is not imported correct.

just checked this months bgo, 3 sign ups and 2 depositors. utter bullshit, something is not right there. Income Access I am now calling you out....

It's crazy that every week we see new posts about Income Access stats being wrong. I've been an affiliate for nearly 13 years now and I shudder to think the amount of money I've lost from Income Access being wrong!

When I compare my earnings from Income Access to other programs it's miniscule. Had I earned even half the amount from Income Access programs than I did from others I'd literally be retired right now!

Perhaps those guys running the fraud checks on FIFA should get involved in the affiliate industry!

While we're on the subject though, it's been said many times before - duplicate supression etc etc, but does anyone make any money out of Coral? Really? We've promoted them on and off for many years and looking back through the stats you can get thousands in turnover, yet only a few GBP commission. It's hard to understand why you just don't get any big winners or losers there - perhaps the brand just attracts small bettors is all I can think.

We make only around £8 (lifetime player value) per new depositor at Coral. Yet with other bookmakers we make £800! Madness. I think i've just proven to myself why we should drop them tomorrow!

i do very well out of Coral, one of my better performing brands

Coral is one of our lowest earning UK brands. Have never been able to understand why.
