Rhetorically speaking, where exactly does the buck stop? Historically, this has been my main issue with Income Access. A problem rears its head, go to affiliate manager. AM claims they'll contact IA. After days of the issue not being resolved, reach out to IA personally. IA tap dances, releases an approved statement, and refers back to the affiliate program. And the process starts all over again with all the suits pointing at one another and no one at all accepting responsibility for the situation and nothing being resolved.
This surely sounds harsh, but years of experience tells me that dealing with Income Access issues discreetly gets me nowhere. The process straight out of the employee handbook is shush, divide, and manage the press. And when that fails, point to someone else.
Added: As far as the tax situation goes, my understanding (from AM's for the relevant programs) is that taxes are computed by country when it comes to the UK point of consumption tax. So once again, in direct questioning to your claim that the missing data is a non-event because it does not influence commissions, how would a POC tax for a specific country be calculated if the country data is missing?
