I'm not sure what happened to statsremote, but after multiple attempts to contact with no luck. I really hope that he is alright, I hope that by writing this...it might help keep this program alive. It really is a great program, well worth the money i've spent on it over the years.

I first tried to import the certificate into my java settings gui, and add secure.statremote.com to the exempt sites list. Then i tried setting my clock back, and i was able to open the program but it thought it was jan 5th or whatever....after i set my clock back i was still getting cert errors.

Anyways I hope this helps people, I really hope that statsremote shows signs of life. It would probably be smart to start moving over to Nifty Stats. I just downloaded it the other day, seems like the obvious replacement. I work mostly in adult, and it seemed like a pretty decent success rate and has some interesting new features. I just started using it, but if you haven't signed up yet

tried on Mac and got the below error in terminal:

openssl s_client -connect secure.statsremote.com:443 > certfile.txt

verify error:num=20:unable to get local issuer certificate
verify return:0

Any idea how to fix?

Only High tech? Stats pull can do it all on MAc and PC? what more do you people want lol!!

Bet Partners (betpartners.it) is a different program than Betting partners that is in there!

If you sync that is doint the one program, while Synchronize all is setting off all programs to synch...

If your getting Never in synch list you either picked the wrong program or have the incorrect username / pass in most cases

Thanks for the reply, I double checked all my other user/passwords manually and so far still "never" sync for 10bet, bet at home, betsson group, and bet fair.

Edit, to clarify - I didn't add any more programs because those weren't working 0 for 4.

Ok there seems to be something interesting going on, maybe it's on my end I don't know - but I tried several things like writing the passwords in manually vs copy pasting them in (btw you have to right click to paste you can't use command v on Mac). I also manually logged myself into all 3/4 sites backends too, then re synced a couple times and got 10bet and betsson group to work - the other two no, although it seems bet fair is down for maintenance in the backend as that's the one site I saw a server side syntax error for them.

I can try other programs too, just reporting back what I see. Am I the only one to experience syncing issues? Thanks for all the replies and putting this together btw, can't live without a stats reporting program I'm learning.

your the second person with paste issues on mac, but we have a few here and have no peoblem so not sure what blocks the ctrl+V , now most net refers have a re login wait period, so if you log in, and retry or log in manually then try and sync it will fail

Update to this - was able to add a bunch of programs successfully. I am still getting the "never" sync return on some programs so I'm going to pm you issues from here rather than dilute the thread. Keep up the work because you are on to something with this.

If something happened to Neil then paypal are going to carry on taking payments. It's a recurring subscription so it's not as though someone from statsremote is trying to steal your money. It takes seconds to cancel your subscription and should've been done as soon as you started having problems.

Just to say I've been migrating to Nifty Stats and am really pleased with it. The owners are responsive and have got lots of things added and fixed. There is still a lot to sort out with some errors needing fixing, but I'm going to say now, I think it's better than Stats Remote in many ways and highly configurable. The only downside is having to run it under Parallels on my Mac, but I can live with that. Now it's a case of adding all the 100s of programmes I'm yet too.
