I am not a great fan of spam myself but agree with Chalkie there are far worse things to worry about, like non payment, bad tracking and terms that allow an affiliate program to close a program at will.

Is Chalkie trusting too much, yeah possibily but from what i can see other than forum rules what have trafficboyz done that is so bad that warranted them being punished by having two of their clients removed.

I hope that does not effect them and their hard working staff too much by that well over the top and under severe pressure decision.

If the time ever comes that trafficboyz were ever to actually do soemthing that is clearly wrong i have zero doubt that Chalkie will react accordingly.

It is refreshing that the GAU never did a kneejerk reaction, that they did not abuse their influence and actually worked with the program and not against them to resolve this issue.

I also hope that the GAU sticks to its policy of only endorsing programs that do not have the rogue term in their terms and conditions that allow them to make changes at will.

    Now that is worth something.

Just read this thread from start to finish and you know what I got out of it?

My failings as a webmaster / affiliate. Why you may ask? Cos I never get spammed by anyone worth mentioning and pokerpeople has never ever ever ever had a single spam post not even porn or our favorite blue meanies.

Must be going wrong somewhere is all I can say.

I met Jason recently and thought he is was great guy, trying his hardest to promote his new affiliate venture. I'm sure he just got carried away in his quest for exposure. Certainly not the best way to start but he's young and I think he should be given the benefit of the doubt in this case.

LOL, are you really serious dude...it's just a simple question mate, no motivations, no conspiracies, et. etc. etc.

I can't even actually believe that you asked such an asinine question when I am merely seeking qualification and benefits of their program here but thanks for NOT answering the simple question! Jeeze...

Hey, mine was a simple question also, all you had to say was that you wanted someones experience that was all.

Don't act wounded, my question was as legitimate as yours, take that for what it is worth

    Wow, nice response

If its ok with you i will ignore your remarks re my attitude

If i misinterpretated your initial question then my mistake and i apologise.

They have benefited me in that i earned money through them, they have different commission levels including payment for click throughs and i have done ok in that regards.

I have also found Jason to be a responsive AM who answers questions promptly, something i put great stock in.

I like their backend and their tracking is live so no waiting around and it enables you to test it under live conditions.

Overall a good experience, i dont earn tons of money but am satisifed with what i have earned.

Thats cool, but if there had been no attitude in the first place then there would be no need to ignore now...correct

If i misinterpretated your initial question then my mistake and i apologise.
I think over the past year as I have read your posts here, I find that you tend to look for alterior motives most of the time to posters just asking simple questions which also causes you to miss the real question being asked...imo you might want to re-evaluate your response time to posts in the future and then there will likely be fewer of them misinterpretated and all. Just my observation mate..

Thanks Skinski, I had met Jason on facebook awhile back and he does seem like a good kid just trying to get ahead so I was actually thinking about giving his program a go now.

just wanted to say that i did work with Jason Marsh and he helped me with input in the past and he is what i think a decent AM\contact\webmaster... as far as sending mass email, i dont know, maybe he did not have the time to write personal emails... point being im surprised to see his venture and name slammed around because of spam... only my opinion and personal experience with the man of course but im kinda shocked to read this thread, and sad also...

I've known Jason for nearly 5 years or so and although he has made mistakes for the most part he is a very good & HONEST guy! I'm not just saying it to be typing words, but because it's true and I'd challenge anyone to show otherwise.

I've not made much with Traffic Boyz as I've taken the last six months off, but I'm back to work and I'm confident that I can count on Jason to assist me in any manner I need. Trust me when I say there are way worse folks in this industry that we could knock down so let's give Jason a break.

    Default Thank you

    Hi All,

I would like to say thank you to everyone that gave their input on this discussion, be it positive or negative.

Unfortunately we got hit very hard in terms of new brands coming onboard, but we continue to reap the rewards of seeing new affiliates join.

"Someone once said, if you want to be noticed on forums, say something contradicting." Well, we said almost nothing to avoid a public fight, yet, got loads of attention.

We have made our first affiliate payments at the beginning of April 2010 (for March), and we're currently processing May 2010 (for April) payments .

We have gained lots of experience from those in the know and those who look to destroy - Thank you.

Please watch out for the campaigns / brands who will go live shortly. CPA & Rev share.

    Thank you
