    Which other sites does he operate?

    It's really a shame that he can get away with that for so long and neither Google nor the affiliate programs do anything.
    @ Verifiedcasinos: His name is not Dimitry, his name is Steve.

    Thing is, there are many Dimitry's and Slobodans and Igor's and what have you not in these Russian mafia like operations, who are using our industry as a piggy-bank. I WISH it was just good old Steve. That would be controllable.

    Fact is, it is WAY worse than just that. There are some heavy dudes involved in this. It is not just Steve, there is quite a few criminal organizations involved, who do besides hacking as hobby: phishing, online extortion, credit card fraud and you name it.

    Nobody seems to believe me.. But, I can assure you I'm not exaggerating just one bit.

    Hey Anthony,

    It's my intention to take action against those groups still working with this individual on the 1st of November. By the list above the programs that I'll be adding notes to/removing links are as follows;

    AffEurope
    Prime Gaming
    AffiliStars/iAffiliates
    AffPower
    AffActive
    888.com

    Is that list accurate or have there been any changes in position since BAC?

    It's worth noting that out of the list above iAffiliates and 888 ARE regulated by the UKGC - they're certainly in breach of their license by continuing to do business with this individual. 888 are also licensed in the US. I haven't managed to locate the terms of their license, but I'd feel fairly confident in saying that continued partnership with groups engaged in illegal activities is likely to be a violation.

    AffiliStar appears to still be accepting UK players but as far as I can tell won't hold a UK license any time soon - given that they're the same ownership as iAffiliates I'm pretty sure that'll quickly become a second breach of license for iAffiliates.

    Prime and AffPower are both LGA regulated. I've had a quick squint at the LGA license (http://www.snapadministration.com/sn...4170703744.pdf) and I've spotted a couple of interesting terms;

    Quote Originally Posted by LGA License

    appears to the Authority that -
    (a) the relevant voting share capital of the proposed casino licensee is owned, directly or indirectly, by a person or persons of integrity;
    (b) the director or directors of the company or of any affiliate thereof are persons of integrity;

    (b) the casino licensee contravenes a provision of this Act or is in breach of a licence condition;
    (c) the casino licensee knowingly or recklessly supplies to the Authority information that is false or misleading in a material particular;
    (d) the casino licensee fails to fulfil the licensee’s financial commitments when they become due and payable;
    (e) the casino licensee fails to maintain the formal gaming reserve as specified in article 39;
    (f) the licensee is being wound up; or
    (g) the Authority is satisfied that the casino licensee is not, or has ceased to be, a suitable person to be the licensee of a casino
    The above isn't nearly as clear cut as the UKGC license, but there may still be grounds to report any group continuing to engage with the hacker to the LGA.

    I will have a full update when I return from Malta next week, but quickly these are the ones that have stopped or are stopping their relationship with the hacker"

    Prime Gaming
    Affactive
    AffiliStars/iAffiliates

    Ones that have not acted:
    AffEurope (no reply other than their AGD statement)
    AffPower (did not show up for our scheduled meeting)

    I guess Steve can't be 'selective' over his 'victims, but this one surely blows the horn a bit:

    tourism.gov.mv/ gambling-online - Maldives Government Information Page

    Oct 21, 2014 - Wanna Try Gambling Online? The Best Online Gambling Websites Reviews Are Here! 100% REAL and 100% Fair!

    http:// tourism.gov. mv/gambling-online & tourism. gov.mv/casino-online & tourism. gov.mv/gamble-online & tourism. gov.mv/best-online-casinos & tourism. gov.mv/legal-online-poker & tourism. gov.mv/latest-casino-bonuses & tourism. gov.mv/best-online-casino

    He actually hacked a Maldives Government tourism site and quacked his puke on it.

    I am sending them a message about this, and will ask them if they have any (Governmental) ways of prosecuting him.

    Good catch on that one....

    Well let's see, he illegally BROKE INTO the server, and posted content other than Government Approved pages, WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION.

    And my theory is, depending on where the server he broke into is housed (hosted) I question whether they could possibly consider it an act of terrorism....

    (ok before you start bashing me about that comment, no I do not truly think it is an act of terrorism, BUT we have all seen various governments use that against people for some weird stuff....AND, the hacker could just as easily used the act of hacking to post content that COULD be considered a threat to their national security)

    At this point one could say "Throw the book at him"....nah....throw the whole library at him....

    Conversation with Cosmik casino support staff:

    Please wait for a site operator to respond.
    You are now chatting with 'Natalie'
    Natalie: Hello and welcome
    Natalie: How can I help you?
    Me: Hello Natalie, I hear your casino works with criminal hackers, what is the story?
    Natalie: I am sorry, but I don't know what do you mean
    Natalie: Can you be more specific?
    Me: your casino works with criminal hackers who are hacking thousands of websites (including government sites) and promotes your casino brand on them
    Me: i would like to know why you are allowing that, and, why you work with criminals

    Natalie: OMG, that's not true

    Me: want an example?
    Me: http:// tourism. gov.mv is the official site
    Me: nothing to do with gambling

    Me: the hacker hacked them, and placed this there tourism. gov.mv /gambling-online

    Me: and there are thousands of sites hacked by this person

    Natalie: but why do you think that our casino did this?
    Natalie: there are thousands of casinos on the Internet
    Me: because affpower, your affiliate program refuses to ban this affiliate so, in essence you are working with criminals..

    Me: your brands are on them
    Me: and affpower knows.. but refuses to do anything
    Me: do you have access to internet?
    Me: the FIRST casino on the hacked pages is Cosmic casino
    Me: do you know who is affpower?
    Natalie: Yes, I know who is affpower
    Me: okay, great. they are the one allowing it
    Me: branding your casino into an illegal one
    Natalie: Look, if you want more details regarding this you can come tomorrow and speak with one of our managers
    Me: someone from your management should talk to affpower
    Natalie: I am from support department
    Me: okay, that is great, do you have a name i can ask for?
    Me: and specific time ?
    Me: so that i can be on time

    Natalie: Unfortunately, I don't have information on affiliates programs
    Me: no, i know, but on your management i meant
    Me: or should i just ask for a manager
    Natalie: after 11 it's the best time
    Me: okay, thank you Natalie
    Me: have a nice evening, and enjoy work.

    ----------------------------------------------
    To all: Perhaps more of us should do the same, bug the living blue cheese out of the customer support from participating casinos until they themselves will take action.

    Thanks,

    To us it is nothing less than terrorism.

    I've already sent them a message, explaining the lot, and asking them, since they are a Governmental body, if they would be so kind to perhaps do something for him doing what he did. I've left them my email, and a link to this thread.

    Let's see..

    Message sent:

    Hello,

    You site has been hacked by a notorious hacker who promotes casinos on it. Please visit http:// tourism. gov.mv/gambling-online & tourism. gov.mv/casino-online & tourism. gov.mv/gamble-online & tourism. gov.mv/best-online-casinos & tourism. gov.mv/legal-online-poker & tourism. gov.mv/latest-casino-bonuses & tourism. gov.mv/best-online-casino and see for yourself.

    Please, for more information, visit https://www.gpwa.org/forum/urgent-al...of-219035.html which is my personal thread I made on a forum in order to get rid of this hacker. Since you are a Government body, you might be able to do something against this person.

    Thank you very much for your attention on this.

    Yes, that is a problem indeed. They care less about us or the industry for that matter, than dogs care about the flies landing on their poo. We should treat them likewise and tar and feather not only them, but Cosmik and Deuce club all the same.

    Perhaps if the casinos get 'bad press' over this, they might talk some sense in affpower.

    The utter disrespect they've presented us with, is just beyond anything acceptable.

    Shame on them.

    There is another hacker that can be found searching for "cazino-qartulad" He has several other brands listed with the most prominent, not already mentioned being winner. This one has the nerve to list several countries and change the offers based on location.

    Thank you, although this is how most of them work. They 'geo target' their sites. This is why I posted this. I urge anyone to read it top to bottom and should you support my idea, to actually let it be known. I want to get going on it asap.

    Thanks for reporting this one, much appreciated.

    This satelspain. es is just one site. This person has TONS hacked. Uses geo targeting etc.

    Look at the list of casinos he is working with. I've already reported another site of his a few post earlier...

    Does anyone agree with me that we need to do something thoroughly?
    If I may ask where are the majority of these sites' affiliate programs based?

    We did report some of the links the hacker uses to promote certain brands to Google. Although Google got back to us stating that they take spam very seriously they've done absolutely nothing about it. To say the least it's very disappointing.

    The following results came up on my end:

    We are officially 'helpless' - Sorry to say. Nothing that has been done, if any, has been effective. It is getting worse, and worse and worse.

    If this goes on, we'll all need this pretty soon..

    Looks like Verified Casinos has had a bit of a makeover.

    Omni Casino is a new addition to the hackers list. I've just contacted my affiliate manager who was was unaware of this.

    I'm rather disappointed to still see Casino.com still listed, thought iAffiliates had stopped working with them.
    What's another word for Thesaurus?
