I have to question the validity of the chargebacks.
Hi slotsplayer,
Ill ask Rick, your account manager to get in touch with you in regards to this.
You can expect a message from him soon.
Clara
Hi James,
please send me a PM with the information. Ill do a follow up on it.
thanks!
Hi folks, a quick update. Unfortunately not on the player from my original post who has still only received about half her money. This time its those wonderful rogues Affactive & Revenue Jet group's latest rip-off tactic which goes something like this:
1. Lucky player wins and submits a withdrawal.
2. "Sir, you have been 'randomly' selected for a security check that may take up to 90 business days."
3. The player waits it out and contacts them demanding their rightful money.
4. "Sorry sir you cannot withdraw because you have not deposited or played in the last 30 days."
Truly. See for yourself:

What a thoroughly disreputable brand!
GPWA must be proud to be associated with this silver sponsor.

Seems GPWA do not care what you and other seasoned affiliates have to say, just want you to be active to get this forum running and spinning $$ of sponsor money and what not.
It is a shame this forum has become infiltrated with sponsor programs that do not care about players and are involved with criminal hackers.
But I already know the response : the world is not perfect (and we would like to keep it this way?).

Too true GCG.
Here's another one:

Unbelievably the customer "service" reps are trying to legitimise their criminal behaviour by lecturing the poor guy about terms and conditions. What audacity!

I just edited out slots of fortune and golden cherry. I can't in all good conscience promote them any longer.
I had a good spot for Winpalaceplay and thought it would produce earnings, but after reading the bonus and wd terms, again in good conscience could not justify adding them.
Its really too bad these underhanded tactics to stiff players, because as a usa affiliate this program had one of the most hassle free ways of paying me. A straight shot to my bank.

The latest situation is this:
The player has so far received $3000 of the $6500 she won and first tried to withdraw in July 2014. They have recently increased her payment limit from $500 to $1000 per withdrawal. Each withdrawal seems to take roughly between 1-2 months.

Well no news is not good news I am afraid. Clara left the building and they have since stopped paying the player. Here is the bullshit email they sent with the reason for not paying:
Even if you swallowed the Affactive BS and still had any doubt in your mind it must be gone now. This group is nothing but an organised fraud masquerading as a bunch of online casinos.Dear xxxxxxxxxx,
Please kindly note that we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has drastically decreased.
In order to withdraw further winnings you should play more in our casino.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
In case you have further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us or visit our website to check our Terms and Conditions by clicking here.

Sadly it is no surprise to see that Affactive are still a "Silver sponsor" here and featured prominently in various places on the Casino City site when you set your location to USA, along with a who's who of rogues that have made a fortune out of ripping players off over the years like Cool Cat Casino (Virtual group) and Slot Madness (Curgam group). It is an absolute disgrace for a supposedly respectable industry leader.
Be proud GPWA

I keep getting emails from these arseholes wanting me to promote their brands and I keep replying to them with a link to this thread.
Aff Manager:
Me:My name is ***** and I represent Affactive affiliate program. The company has more than 6 years in the market and has 9 of the strongest casino brands in South Africa and US which you can promote on your website.
Aff Manager:Hi *****
Sorry I can't promote your brands as your company has flushed their reputation down the loo. https://www.gpwa.org/forum/warning-a...er-219425.html
The incident that you showed me was resolved a long time ago. The player got all his money.
Every Casino has issues with players, you can't avoid that situation.
But I can guarantee you that from Affactive side at the last 8 years weren't any complains about paying issues.
Moreover, you can find a positive feedbacks about our affiliate program and casinos.
Let's give it a try, do a test in order to grow a strong partnership together
Best,
*****
It's time for GPWA to pull finger and step in to sort these crooks out.
Thank you for posting an update and sharing this email. A casino should never deny payment based on activity. I will contact Affactive.
As far as Gambling Wages and Ace Revenue, they have come a long way in cleaning up their act, I haven't seen any evidence they are operating the way they use to. I don't have any current player or affiliate complaints pending for either of them. (If you want to have a discussion about them I can open another thread, I don't want to take away from this one).
I am here to help if you have any issues with an affiliate program.

I keep getting the emails to join them as well. It would seem they just search sites for their emails and ask affiliates to promote them. I just poliety remind them that theyre scum and continue working on my site. A new email from them will appear every 6 months or so. I just rinse and repeat my reply.
Epic Gambler - Reviews, Ratings, Excitement
I just received (and rejected) a request to partner with them ...
I explicitly mentioned this thread and provided them with a link.
I guess it won't change anything - but at least it will get a mention in their monthly status reports?
A word of advice learned from experience for those of you that don't condone their behaviour and mention this thread in your responses to them: keep an eye out for link bombs and negative SEO attacks against your sites.
This happened to us in the past as well where we slated a program that treated its affiliates and players bad. The question is how far can this program really stoop?A word of advice learned from experience for those of you that don't condone their behaviour and mention this thread in your responses to them: keep an eye out for link bombs and negative SEO attacks against your sites.
I've been following this thread for quite some time now and what concerns me amidst all the complaints against Affactive it's still a silver sponsor here.
