I hope never. But I'm afraid governments will make life impossible for non-vaccinated people.

No need to worry, the worst the governments can do to those not vaccinated is stop them from travel, buying or selling anything without a certificate/passport/proof etc

Just had my invitation through for my first AstraZeneca vaccine, I just need to ring the Doctors for an appointment. They do seem to be getting through the age groups quite quickly now here in the UK.

Or not entering a gym, restaurant, etc. Hence, you'll be locked up basically.

Got my first shot (biontech) 4 weeks ago, thanks to my pregnant daughter who, in Germany, could name two prime contacts to get vaccinated early. Side effects of vaccination: I am going to be a triple grandfather soon

I voted for sometimes after 2021, but just got my 1st Pfizer chip now. Pretty impressive since I am young, I do not have diagnosis for fast track, and I am just a tourist in some latin american country in abandoned rural area. Very professional service done by army.

I am really happy, because with the chip in brain I will be able to travel for some months with the covid-passport. Until they realize that this does not work and everyone will be locked down again.

I 100% agree with you. I don't believe anyone should be forced a vaccination against their will. This also is not happening.

For travelling reasons at the moment, it's pretty much hearsay. Although restricted travelling without certain vaccinations is not exactly new.

Personally I won't be getting any vaccination unless it stops me doing what I want to.

I've never had a flu vaccination nor wanted one. To the best of my knowledge I've never even had the flu, never once felt so ill that I could not go about my daily routine. Well apart from the imaginary illnesses I had at school.

Received my first dose last week (pfizer). So far so good. In Bucharest, anyone can be vaccinated now. You only have to want it

Had my first (Pfizer) yesterday... appt came through quicker than I was expecting - so the 2nd one is booked for the end of July. Lucky I have no major side effects, aside from it feels I went a OTT on the arm weights at the gym yesterday

I'm planning to get vaccinated in July, luckily our country has a good choice of vaccines now, I'd like to get a single-component vaccine.

14 days after second dose I am getting to "normal". Still I have a pain in the arm when trying to lift it up.

I live in Japan. In the city of Kanagawa prefecture, elderly people and patients with chronic diseases will be given priority inoculation around the end of June. It seems that healthy citizens will start vaccination after July.

A short vaccine story - here's how the past fortnight or so have gone for me.

On the 15th July, 9 year-old daughter was sent home from school as one of the lads in her class had tested positive. The whole class were sent home as they'd all been in close contact with one another, so when she tested positive 3 days later it was no real surprise.

The wife and I and 2 sons aged 13 & 15 had to isolate at home with her as a result of being her close contacts. 13 year-old tested positive on the 23rd; 15 year-old old the 25th. Very mild symptoms for the youngest; 13 year-old had over 102F temperature at one point and a cough; 15 year-old what i'd describe as a nasty flu. 2 youngest pretty much 100% now, eldest recovering well now.

Wife and I are both double-jabbed (AZ vaccine) and to date no symptoms, no issues, no positive test results, despite being exposed to the virus pretty much constantly for the past fortnight. Hopefully stays that way now but would like to think that we're pretty much in the clear now.

I'm not going to preach as you're all adults and entitled to your own opinions and to do what you choose with your own bodies, but personally I'm very thankful that I took the jabs when offered.

Yeah exactly, it's just the same as having to show a yellow fever vaccine certificate to get into some of the countries in Africa but on a bigger scale.

I'm happy to be vaccinated... getting my second jab today, as it happens.

I still got covid post vaccine but it was certainly not a bad case (fatigue, slight cough). The most vulnerable family members around me thankfully didn't catch it from me, and were double vaccinated too, so a situation that could've been much worse turned into something of a non event. It's surely all but impossible to avoid coming into contact with covid and so from a personal perspective I see it as important to put you and yours in the best position to face it.
