There is clearly enough research done about the vaccines and I've got mine few months ago. Personally, I find it easier to be in crowded places and be less scared of contracting covid with severe symptoms.

Kind of yes, kind of no. It differs country to country. But in many countries without vaccine you are de facto jailed at home. With vaccine you can do at least something.

It is a different world. The default freedom since 2020 forever is simply on much lower level and will go lower.

This is possible only if your normal life already was very restricted. Without travelling.

2nd problem is that this "normal life", which is still far from normal, is possible in less and less countries. Soon it will not be possible anywhere. The inevitable covid totality is using a salami method, when restrictions are added only step by step, always to small part of society, that is not big enough to cause really mass protests (which is not so hard because energy in 1st world does not exist anymore).

Slowly is becoming mandatory not just vaccination, but also boosters; and also PCR tests even for those with vaccines.

My employees (fully vaccinated or with boosters) rented a tennis court in a part of country where is not even a quarantene and 90%+ people got their jabs. The court was still raided by some health-nazi from ministry of Covid.

This is the trend.

I am getting ready for my 4th dose as part of the red queen race.

In the end it does not matter, because the world economy is only waiting for the final blow.

I am flying - or should be - in 2 days again.

It is fantastic how Omicron - again - fked up everything. So I can put my third dose into the part of my body where sun is never shining. Because again PCRs are mandatory and I should be happy if the outcome will be just some more mandatory PCR tests and not the homejail/hoteljail.
