Hands down, Sons of Anarchy is one of the most addictive shows I've ever watched. I'm getting into it about four years too late, but on the plus side there are four seasons to watch without having to wait for "next week's episode"

Even if you're not into motorcycle gangs (which I am absolutely not) it's action packed, full of drama and incredibly well written. I am counting down the minutes until I get home from work so I can keep watching! Only a couple of episodes into Season 2...

Must agree with Deanna, Sons of Anarchy is unbelievable, and like her I am not a motorcycle show/movie fan at all.

Strike Back is also great, it is a UK Show. There are two seasons, and the show is set up as if every two episodes is a mini-movie, based ona secret unit in the British Military.

    Enjoy!

Shame, I was about to say "Yeah and let's get rid of gambling and alcohol because they are also bad for children, and cars and boats because they could hurt people too!"

    I'm guessing it was spam

Not to steer away from the criminal drama theme, but does anyone find 2 Broke Girls as hilarious as I do?
I absolutely LOVE that show! I forgot about that.. I'm waiting for some episodes to build up at home to watch them all in one go!

Cobus - I've thought about going back and watching 21 Jump Street, Melrose Place and Beverly Hills 90210.. I remember being an early teenager watching those shows and just didn't really get what was happening yet.. I think the shows would be very different if I were to watch them now

Dramas: I still enjoy my Desperate Housewives every week and used to enjoy CSI Las Vegas until Grissom left. I recently got my hands on some 80's series so I watch a bit of Murder She Wrote and 21 Jump Street every now and then (don't judge).
I totally back you up with CSI until Grissom left and with Murder she wrote. Since I think we have similar taste, you should give a try and watch Mrs Marple and Hercule Poirot series.

21 Jump street is actually still relevant today, except for the few quirks at the end of some episodes about "Don't do drugs - rather call 0800NOTODRUGS".
Mmmm...i guess it's all still relevant
