Hello,

I have been a member here for a few years now and have always enjoyed my time spent chatting and learning with other webmasters and friends. Everyone is friendly [mostly, lol] and very knowledgeable in this industry and i have found many mentors in this forum. But tonight i found "blessing" in one of your management team and i need to say thank you. Rick, [universal4] went above and beyond being a member of this forum, management team and friend and i will be forever great full.

My pc was invaded by an ass kicking virus and it put me totally out of commission, i mean even my anti virus was infected!....try as hard as i could to fix the problem to no avail, i called Rick. On a Sunday night, with no warning he welcomed my phone call and dropped whatever it was he was doing before i called to help me. Within an hour he had me from crying to smiling and on my merry way with my pc working perfectly!.....THe man is a master!!!

Rick is always eager to help anyone who asks and i am sure i am not the only one is has saved and become thier "hero" as he is mine. To watch him work on my pc...remotely from 15 states away was truely amazing, and the knowledge this man holds in the tech world is outrageous...

Rick you are a wonderful man, a true friend and my forever hero.

Thank you
Pat

Hi Pat,

Rick's a legend

He's always there for anyone who asks for help and has been like that for years.

So Kudos to you Rick for once again helping another GPWA member.

Cheers

Dave

Talk about going above and beyond - kudos to you Rick!

As someone who has dealt with nasty viruses/trojans before (and slamming my fist on my laptop once so hard that it shut off - oops!) I can totally empathize with you Pat. Glad to hear that Rick was able to sort everything out for you and save days and weeks of headache!

I have to add my admiration and respect for Rick as well!

I've had a couple situations where I was in panic mode and he managed to help me with my issues. It's great to know that we have someone that cares enough to go above and beyond at every occassion! Thanks again Rick.

Thanks for sharing this with us Pat. Many of us know how savvy Rick is but I wonder how many know how he is always ready to help someone. It's stories like this that make it worth it sometimes. So thanks again Pat and thank to Rick as well.

P.S. Pat, stay off those malicious porn sites!
