Had no idea that Lottomatica was recently approved for Nevada online poker license consideration until John mentioned it...wonder if this will hurt their chances (if any at all) for approval down the road?

It will have an effect. Nevada hinges and is stringent on fair machines otherwise they would have no players and lawsuits galore. Most likely they will have their pros do an examination. Denfinately a learning experience.

Trying to understand the CM thread. Are they saying that Betfred knew the game(s) were rigged? And why are they only allowed to go back 6 months to repay players? When was the game launched?

These games have been around for several years, there's no reason that only players within the last 6 months should be contact - this was an arbitrary figure plucked from somewhere in Betfred's hindquarters - and while i don't personally believe that Betfred were consciously aware of these games, at least not to the level where they understood that the games were both cheating and in violation of their license, they've done a damned good job of incriminating themseleves with the statements they've made.

I'm not sure how many realize how serious this is. I know many do and I appreciate your work pogg and some others that have their head down on it.

To push this aside and continue to coddle Bedfred is crazy, this is insanity. Complete insanity.

There is another thread here about Lance Armstrong who was caught cheating. He was caught because people stood up. Like some are trying to do at CM. If you cheat, you need to suffer the consequences. Period. It's disappointing to see Betfred allowed to simply pay six months and carry on. This is SO wrong.

This isn't the first rodeo for Betfred. Far from it. They have been accused before. Ringing a bell, something about a car. Several other things as well if we look.

Already BF has had to reimburse 20k to one player. I doubt they will be able to pay everyone who has played this game over the years. It will be millions.

Six months. Pfffft. Unacceptable when you are caught cheating for whatever reason. Doesn't matter does it? Whether they knew or not. They are still grossly mismanaged. Betfred is in a world of trouble as the whole world is looking at them right now. Including Nevada.

This is one of the most serious cases of cheating ever uncovered because it's both intention and the software provider - Spielo G2 - is so widely used.

Worse than that is so many big brands, despite knowing that these games were intentionally designed to mislead the player, are choosing to keep using Spielo G2 as a software provider. How are players meant to trust your brand when you offer games from a provider than knowingly rigs them?

    Anyway, for those who are interested i've just published a couple of reports on this mess;

Betfred, who are Silver Affiliates at GPWA, are it seems in breach of the terms of their Gibraltar license. Obviously, as long as Gibraltar can get away with doing nothing, they will.

At least this deals with the only regulator remaining to not have any particularly bad evidence against them. The LGA, AGCC, and the UKGC have been demonstrably rubber-stamping fee collectors and nothing else for some time. I was wondering how long it'd be before Gibraltar joined them.

If anyone's interested, my write up:

    http://www.hundredpercentgambling.co...icle.php?id=61

Plenty of material for Todd and Anthony for at least a couple of shows, if the boys can square it away with Michael .

We can't say that for sure.

What we can say is that Realisitic provided their games to FinSoft/Spielo G2 who altered the games in a dishonest fashion and distributed them to a number of big name casinos.

I should mention that several of those casinos are continuing to work with Spielo G2 and in fact both Betfred and Bet 365 are still running free games that breach their GRA license 3 weeks after the issue was raised.

    I can't believe what I'm seeing now.

Turns out the OP is a fraudster! What a spin. Let's focus on the OP. Forget that the games are blatently ripping off players! It's a derail and corrall of the opposers.

So the OP is a fraud that frauded a casino that was proven to be defrauding players and spent thousands of dollars defrauding the defrauder only to rely on CM to get their money back. :

Makes a lot of sense. NOT!

I don't care if the OP is the man on the moon who stole the cheese. The OP PROVED this game was rigged and the casino knew it. Ha! Poetic Justice at it's finest. The fraudster frauded the fraudster.

Now, what will happen is that everyone will beat up the OP and the casino will be the victim. It will get totally derailed and be closed.

The cheating by the casino will be ignored and the objectors will be corralled into a debate about the OP.

Unreal. Mojo's prediction is that the thread will be closed very soon. But not before the OP is completely 'tarred and feathered'. It's important to put the blame on the OP and run it's course. Protect the accredited casino.

Ah well. Why does history keep repeating itself?

I was expecting to log in and find a stream of "ah, so it ws all the OP's fault" posts. My bad, I should learn to be less cynical.

Yes, quite right. Multi-accounting is a side issue, and of no consequence to the issue of the software that doesn't deliver natural odds. Unfortunately, Bailey and Drayman et al have been gifted an opportunity for a smokescreen. Watch them play it up to the full.

Thanks mojo, I know you edited it out, but someone was reading it...
The custom title that Bryan gave me after he banned me was removed and replaced with just Banned.

I don't remember exactly what the title he gave me was, but it was not very nice...
Bryan didn't like me calling him a Phony Player Advocate... I guess the truth hurts.

Glad to see I am not the only one that sees that history is repeating it self over at Casinomeister.

It had occurred to me, and others agree, that the OP's confession has legal threat written all over it. It makes no sense to grovel like that. I'll lay a pound to a penny he's been threatened with legal action over "breach of T & C". When you read things like that in your email - and Mojo will know this from that Vegas law firm matter who were pulling stunts over bogus copyright claims - you tend to forget about anything other than "I want out of this any way possible". Obviously BF didn't have any legal leg to stand on, but send him a letter to the effect of "you'll have the full force of our legal might pursuing you if you don't 'fess up and retract EVERYTHING" and he just caved in.

I felt that I was guilty of derailing myself and didn't want to take away from the extremely important issue here so I edited. But yes, I do see it and it reminds me of another big forum in the past.

Yes, very true. What jumps out at me is that BF must be kicking themselves for paying back thousands of dollars to the OP when if they only hung in there a little longer they could have shouted 'fraud'!

Now I fear players won't be paid back at all.

Has the game now been corrected or removed at BF and Bet365? I cannot find that.

One suggestion I have is to ask BF directly here at their GPWA forum and perhaps start a new thread there? I would really hate to see it get swept away and players are not compensated what they are due.

as far as betfred goes you reap what you sow, just the start of the troubles in 2013 I'm afraid unless they repent.

Bailey's put BetFred back on his "accredited" list. I kid you not.

Betfred is outstanding - it's one of the best Playtech casinos that is listed at Casinomeister. Besides hosting Playtech's award winning games, they offer poker, sports betting, skill games, bingo, and lots more. Do yourself a favor and join them.

The man is an industry caricature.

"Do yourself a favour and join" the casino that cheated, has not refunded anyone beyond one player, and who still carries the rigged games, as I understand it, in freeplay mode.
