I understand when someone plays poker or places bets, as they require skill (at least poker, for sportsbetting I don't know for sure as I never did it)...

...but playing games of luck like roulette, slots or blackjack... how can you? It should be obvious that you lose long-term... and that's the reason why I feel absolutely zero thrill when playing a game of luck. I cannot understand people with a normal IQ who gamble, even when I make money thanks to this group...

I do totally agree with your words pokeraussie. Sports and poker are a long marathon championships with billions of "ups and downs". It is a hard game , comparing to those you like to roll dices and just spin reels.
