Search engine algorithms get smarter and probably better able to pick up the junk e-mail links and sites that pay and are not the search engine's TOS, but they never completely scrap SEO.

SEO have the usability and conversions into account when arriving at your search engine marketing campaigns in the future, if not already doing so. Therefore, I see a much brighter future for SEO can make the transition. If that means that they learn by themselves or in collaboration with those who do, he will have to somehow. Since SEO is usually to "repair" the broken places, it is logical that this will become a part of the description of their regular duties.

Search Engine's will surely get rid of spammer sites! As with SEO, promoting sites which are likely to be spam will be neglected, which means for a wasted effort. They wont even bother to crawl these sites and hopefully will shut down from the online field.

    Default Mobile Redicrects

I would really like to get your opinion on mobile redirects for normal websites. How does Google handle the mobile redirect from my main site http://www.main.com to the mobile version http://m.main.com. Does it even recognize that there is a redirect for mobile phones in place?

In general I understand that Google does not like any kind of redirect based on browser, country, etc.

    Thanks
I am interested in all things mobile & looking forward to discuss new ideas around casino games like Mobile Slots, mobile blackjack or Mobile Casino or iPhone Casino Games

SEO can target different types of searches, including image search, industry specific vertical Search.Despite the explosion of paid placement sales as a source of revenue for search engines, users are hardly aware of these issues.

kaus, universal4, craig96 and SportsInvestor - you guys really add a lot to this forum. Its why I keep coming back...despite this rampant spamming.

I have no deletion privileges so I guess we'll just have to continue to weed through it.

Hey Garry, yes this thread is going on a little and me reply to it now is adding to it, haha.

Yeah this thread should be closed now Mod.

Just to rap it up - SEO will be basically the same 2 weeks from now or 10 years down the line unless G wants to pick out every site one by one and rank them.

If a site signs up to this forum with "SEO Company" in their sig or "Cheap Washers" then they are obv spam.

Infact I will get a new thread going about combating the spam.

    Quite true.

Take your sig for instance, yes you may see the link as a backlink, but it is not very relevant to the your niche, so holds very little value.

The future of blackhat SEO will change as the Algo changes, but for white hats it will always remain the same:

    Create great content
Ensure there are no obstructions to that content being found
    promote the content.

    content, content, content
