I've seen two of your websites and I must say they look as spammy as your signature here.... Like this it will be difficult to get free backlinks.

Yeah of course, no offence dude. Sorry, didn't mean to be rude, I personally think it's ridicilous to even mention PageRank nowadays... I doubt Google actually updates the PageRank, they probably still use old numbers in their ranking algorithm.
So you answered to Eenzoo, by saying that PageRank still exists, but it is probably the last signal out of 100 they use in ranking nowadays.
Great article about PageRank topic: http://dotzweb.com/google-pagerank-still-important/

If that was the case, then a lot of sites would be getting penalised. Common sense should prevail. A lot of newbies, and even some seasoned affiliates, (imo) get too obsessed with backlinks. I'm not saying they aren't needed. But, there are over 200 G signals in the alog matrix; backlinks being one of them.
And PR (page rank), that's long gone.
Better choose one or two really good links if you are on short budget then 50 not so good links.
What ever you do, don't buy links from sites that don't generate any traffic. They'll pass negative trust flow and you'll end up building 2x or 3x more links to gain the same results as someone who gets quality links
Same problem here, i know a lot of SEO but don't have enough budget to buy links. But its very hard to get some good oneway backlinks.
I just started my casino affliate site. It needs more content for sure but it is a begin
gambling is one of the most competitive niche. everyone invest a lot of money to write good articles, to get good backlinks, to optimize on-page etc. its very difficult to be on top without investing some money. maybe in some low competitive countries.
I'm of the view that in the gambling niche it isn't a 'build it and they will come' type thing. Unfortunately, people are wary of giving out gambling links for free, especially when bloggers now know how much money they can get paid for them.
If you don't want to pay for links, I'd use another asset you have as leverage to gain a link. For example, do you have a prominent social media page or non-gambling blog? Perhaps you could approach a blogger and offer promotion in exchange for a link somewhere in a 'you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours' kinda deal. After all, that's how capitalism works afterall, right?![]()

This secret is usually not shared lightly. There are agencies that dedicate themselves to this and they do it in a natural way.
Well, I'd say two things:
1) It is pretty hard to get links to a pure affiliate site. If (all) most of your pages are money pages, people are unlikely to link to it
2) It is nearly impossible to get free links to gambling sites
Having said this, there are still a few things you could try:
1) Quora is not a bad source of links, especially if you have a legitimate profile...but you cannot overspam there
2) Infographics still seem to work in 2017. However, you should invest into both content and the graphics. Just doing some easy stuff in Canva won't do the trick. However, some amazing, industry-related content could get you nice links.
3) There are still sites that accept contributions with gambling links for free. Not sure if the time invested in finding those sites actually pays back.
DO some google search and posting on website which has good DA, PA and page rank.
ok, but i need dofollow links, do you have a suggestion or example where i can find those links?
Agree with Wolfie. If the content is great you want be needing as many links + when you build them good people will want to exachange. To answer your question free press release sites would probably be the best solution for you if you are on a low budget. Good luck!
I belive there are still places to get good free links. For example a lot of casinos have testimotional links at their affiliate sites where you can claim a free link. Press release sites even the free ones can offer god links plus they tend to get published on other sites as well that use pressreleases.
Link directories can also be a great place to get a link or two if the directory is good. I can recommend https://www.bloggingfusion.com/
Creating blog on for eample tumblr or an about me page at https://about.me/ can also be effective if done well.
Comments on great sites can be good as well even if they are nofollow couse you are not only builiding links but trust to your site and great comments on great sites is a signal for that i think.
And at last you can get links from sites like APCW at their partner site just for adding a video to an article.
Be creative=) Good Luck!
If you have a small budget in this segment you will have a hard time ahead of you, remember that this is the most competitive niche in the world. I am not saying this as something negative, I just say it so you understand that you need to adapt your strategy after it.
My advice to you is to find a longtail keyword that competitors in your market have missed, this will most likely be a keyword with around 100 - 200 searches per month (use ahrefs for this). Make sure that you have quality content for that page and get 5 - 20 links to it.
This will make you rank for the KW and it will give you the first conversions which will allow you to reinvest the money in target KWs with more competition where the possibilities are better revenue wise.
When it comes to the actual links you need to pay somehow, are you good at anything else that you can trade for a link? If you are good at designing logotypes for example you can give them away for free in exchange for a backlink.
Expanding on this, one idea is to write articles that either respond to well-circulated industry articles (or editorials) or that add information relevant to a recent industry article. Then tweet your post at the industry site and author of the original piece, politely adding a different view or additional information. If they find it valuable they might RT or favorite your response to give it some attention. From that exposure additional links may follow. Then rinse/repeat.
Try guest posting on other blogs, magazines. These sites doesn't have to be fully gambling related.
Our best tactic is to find a cross-sell opportunity within a niche.
I give you an example:
If you are writing about "Vampire themed slots" on your website, reviewing slots like Blood Suckers slots from Netent for instance, try guest posting on a blog that has an audience who would actually play a game related to vampires. It's not only relevant SEO wise but you may even have a couple of conversions. Your link from such guest post should point to an individual article (about vampire slots). With deeplinks like that you can build page and domain authority quite quickly and appeal to a wide range of audience.
Niche site in particular can be marketed very well like this.
You can use the same cross-sell marketing strategy on social media too. We have been very successful with this.

Free AND high quality - really hard to get. Start with social media and post REALLY good stuff. If it does not work, try again.
As posted before - very hard job to get quality backlinks in this niche for free. We all are facing the same problem. Backlink exchange does not seem right when I check your website. It is really very short on content, and can seem spammy in google´s eyes (really no offense). On the other hand if you think, that backlinks are something magical, that will bring you SEO visitors to this domain, you are wrong. Good luck with your project
