I'm recommended to use litespeed server, it's very fast and good. If you are using wordpress It have a build in cache plugin as well

litespeed mostly refers to a server technology, not necessarily a specific host. There is both a commercial version
https://www.litespeedtech.com/
And there is an open source version
https://openlitespeed.org/
I haven't had the chance to put one up yet, but have plans to run some tests with the open source version since I have been reading it runs pretty good on Debian which is my preferred flavor of Linux. I think in some situations litespeed is a decent option but have seen very few actual comparisons of apples to apples that show a huge difference in speed that were not trying to sell litespeed.
I still think good data connections from your host and proper configuration of the server is very important for speed, as are smaller images anywhere possible, clean code and the least amount of plugins as possible.

Depending on you situation in order:
Cache static assets with something like cloudflare (free for basic use)
Don’t use PHP
Ok.. you prob do use PHP, don’t have loads of plugins
Don’t get a cheap shared hosting, prob don’t get even a cheap VPS
Get a dedicated server
Best hosting i can suggest is Digital ocean, but you shoud have good IT which can manage it. Otherwise it become much expensive. Thats my opinion.
A good host is important, compressed images are important, optimized HTML/CCS are also very important. Besides that, there is a very long list. Try PageSpeed Insights, this will give you tips on what to improve.
It is worth trying to cache all statics of your project at the cloudflare level. Also, try using the 304 response code for users if the content of the site has not changed since the last visit.
There is only optimization.
Well first you will need to audit the site using tools
Then check the speed, what cause the issues?
Javascripts? Css? or cache?
Tools I suggest, Ahref, GTMetrix
Easy wins: sign up for a free cloudflare account, they help set correct caching settings (your browser caching issue). Also using defer on all scripts that are not needed when your page loads is a good idea!
Hello.
I would like to share with you a method I have practiced to improve the page display speed. As I have no knowledge of coding, I think this is an easy method to implement.
(1) Review the rental host server where WP is installed.
(2) Change the WP theme.
I used to use a free theme, but changed to a paid theme after I started generating some revenue. By doing so, my PageSpeed Insights score improved from 65 to 99.
(3) Change the image extensions on your site
Normally, when you paste images into articles, headers, side menus, etc., you are likely to use jpg or png formats. These can be converted to "webp" format, which is faster to display, by using a plug-in.
(4) Introducing "Lazy Load" to delay loading of elements at the bottom of the screen
Find yourself a good dev that can code as clean as possible is the biggest part to it all. Cleaner design should help rather than being over the top
There are a number of ways to increase website speed. One is to optimize images so they load quickly. Another is to use a Content Delivery Network (CDN) which will serve your website's content from servers close to the visitor's location, thus speeding up loading time. You can also Minify JavaScript and CSS files, and use a caching plugin to store static versions of your pages so that they don't have to be re-generated on each visit. Finally, you can use a performance monitoring tool like Google PageSpeed Insights or Pingdom Tools to identify specific areas where you can improve loading time.
The choice of hosting is very important because it is responsible for the speed and safety of the site. Do not skimp on it. If possible, order a dedicated IP address from the hosting owner. As written above, a good starting point is to use Google Page Speed and GTmetrix. If you have Wordpress, you can use plugins to speed up the site: they cache data, minimize CSS and Javascript and compress images.
Find a dedicated server and remove heavy plugins is a good start.
Easy step is first use compression to images - Too many too available to compress your site images include Logos, and banners. Use Minify to compress css and Java scripts.
Now days most websites used excessive flash content which is the main reason of slow website speed. So try to ignore or use less flash content in website.
For anyone running a wordpress website, I would strongly suggest to Perfmatters plugin. It helped a lot in my case.
