I'd like to think this is because how rubbish affiliate programs are when run from Tel Aviv. But I'd think it's probably as others have mentioned, just more cost-cutting and merging.

This from @Ladbrokes twitter account. Frankly unbelievable that Ladbrokes can allow this to go on. Presumably this means that all affiliates have been affected. What a joke.
Hey Joseph, thanks for your message. Apologies for the late reply we are waiting on a reply from complaints regarding your complaint. We have chased this up for you with them. We have spoken to our affiliate team and they have said they are fully aware of the issue and that it may take some time to resolve as there is no easy fix. However they are working on resolving the issue which is effecting our Affiliates. We hope that you hear from the complaints department soon and we have forwarded all the messages you had sent yesterday to them. Apologies for the issue. Thanks.
Yes I heard something like that in November too. I guess they are waiting for a coup de grace.

Today the Lasbrokes complaints compartment comes back with...
"Thank you for your email.
Please be advised we have forwarded your concerns through to the relevant department and we are currently awaiting an update.
Please accept our sincere apologies on this matter. The relevant department will be in contact in due course.
Kind Regards,
Escalations Team"
There is never going to be an update. I think what has happened is that GVC have introduced cost cutting measures to guard against the lost revenue after the new FOBT regulations have come into force. They will be facing a significant drop in revenues. This has been know for a while. I imagine the closure of the Tel Aviv team has been known for a while, and the affiliate managers there have lost interest in doing a proper job, or more cynically they have been told to find ways of saving money which include losing previous referrals and hoping no one complains, then when they do, keep kicking it into the long grass as they are doing by being evasive. In the end I predict this affiliate programme will close, like Skybet's did. Skybet claimed it was because of regulatory problems but really the likely reason was the takeover by the Pokestars group and an insistence that Skybet find ways to cut costs to make the deal happen. This would tie in with Ladbrokes' disappearance from betbrain and oddsportal odds comparisons, who have had to drop them because Ladbrokes has proved to be so incapable of working with. Again I think it will just be Ladbrokes' passive way of saving money and ditching markets they can't justify anymore to their new owners. This will include the affiliate programme. They are clearly not the slightest bit interested in fixing the problem which would actually take no time at all to fix, and have clearly never been interested in telling affiliates about the problem at all The fact that no other affiliate seems to me making a fuss like me suggests that their affiliate programme is almost dead anyway
I felt now that actually the affiliate managers were on my side NOT wanting to close my account and letting me live without demands, because they wanted to justify their existence for Ladbrokes company. As they are now gone to Bar Mitzvah the end is here for us.

Still can't log in here, anyone else in UK able to login to Ladbrokes Partners? If so via what address?
Just repeating side note (not important): the tracking does not work since transition for me. Similar traffic at Coral converts actually pretty well.

So for those who can log in (I can), can you please check whether there is any activity tracked for accounts that were referred before 1st November 2018. GO to "Accounts" in the Reports menu and pick a period before that date. I just see "no records returned". If everyone is seeing this, I think it is deliberate, and the first stage of winding up their affiliate programme.

With Ladbrokes it was always fcuked up transition, they migrate their programs every 6 months in average for the last 2-3 years, I kind of sick of this... I had a nice account but since they started with all their migrations I lost this account I have 0 income from them for the last 1.5-1 years... I gave up on Ladbrokes they are also closing offices and god knows what the next migration will do to more affiliates...also with their Gala brands... it's a shame
I think it's deliberate now. It doesn't take this long to fix a technical issue. I think they are slowing winding down the programme and are not anticipating any big affiliates taking them to court over this because they no longer have any big affiliate. Betbrain and Oddsportal have gone, I imagine others have too.

All advertising is by TV now.
There are no hard borders between a technical glitch and something deliberate.
If you are a stupid manager - and at Ladbrokes left people who must be even stupidier than the stealing Israelis - if some developer says to you, there is this and this problem and it needs more time and even more time and so on, you simply tick the box as this is not your problem and you get another month of salary.
Yes, in the end I think they did it in a very smart way. Cutting by pieces, so there is no one left to sue them. I think sinc ethe merger with gvc is around the corner, they will not fix this ever. They will do another transition, where even more will be lost and then they will start to grab new affiliates.
What puzzles me is that now even gvc-core is unresponsive, they start to pay me less than they should. I have NDA with them, so I can not tell more. They do even worse: selectively they communicate on technical things like the NJ drama, where I had to remove 5dimes in NJ to be able to promote bwin in Europe (LOL) and they are quite bright. But when I am asking why this commission is lower than it has to be, I am being ignored since January. In short: I expect now GVC as a whole to go downhill.

Hi, can anyone share any information or contact detail of a Ladbrokes UK affiliate manager? We applied for their affiliate program about two months ago. However, no one has responded so far, even after sending them several reminders. Would be grateful if anyone can share any tips or help us out here. Thanks a bunch in advance!
The only tip is just forget about them. But thanks for the experience: another proof that they are giving up. Because if they do not want even new affiliates who cost them nothing, it is really bad.
I am still getting some newsletter from alex.apati@ladbrokes.co.uk; I never talked to him, but maybe he responds; my affiliate managers were fired and I did not get new contacts
