I think we can rest assured that Michael and his team would do nothing like that, not at least openly. As for the rest of us, I don't think that many would like to see the CAP going down the drain, but there is definitely huge satisfaction here in this forum that the tenacity of Michael, J. Todd and a few more has helped to clean up some garbage in our industry.

ok, now that the Cardspike issue is clear and there exists at least $2M in the bank, when are affiliates going to get paid? I don't know the totals but I don't think it is more than $400k

While I appreciate it, there is no need to apologize to me.

I always knew what you said was from your heart, and that is why I defended your right to express your views even when that represented a challenge to what I believed. I know you have a good heart. But more strongly I know that letting all members here express what they believe is the right path, and the only path, for running a community that serves those members.

For me, your views presented an opportunity to clearly express the principles that I think matter, for I think we all know that challenges and the response to them reveal where someone really stands on the issue. Thank you for letting me show where I stand.

I've been watching these events unfold over the past several weeks, and the one thing I cannot understand is:

If I'm the majority owner of any enterprise, why would I allow someone else to have control of the money?

Why would I allow the central office or admin aurhority to go anywhere but to me?

I cannot imagine allowing someone else to control these vital parts of an enterprise when the final responsibility rests with me. That's if I'm the majority shareholder.

I was and I still am upset with Lou for the things that have taken place in the past year or so. Banning several people that I am friends with and also the cardspike deal. Lou and I have never had any business dealings and are just friends. We are still friends even though I do not approve of the actions. Affiliates make GPWA, CAP, and other affiliate forums work. Without the affiliates posting the forums would be dead. It's sad to see GREED that took over the owners of CAP take over and destroy what was a good thing. I am a old timer that was there almost from the beginning and I seen it become a very unfriendly place in the recent pass. Forum owners that do not respect the peoples freedom to discuss and sometimes act a fool (have fun) will lose the people period. Lou was upset that I had posted here the CAP Spring break Was Started By Whom thread and that was the start of what took place that evening. You and everyone have a right to be active member of any forum we chose to be. I for one will not be made to feel quilty of posting here or anywhere for that matter. The manipulation and guilt trips was what got me upset along with all the crap that has surface over the past few months. And if your putting your faith and trust in Warren at CAP think twice. That goes for anyone else here. I personally have never has good vibes from this man.

I've always felt that you were a good man and I"m glad that I was correct in thinking that. I have even more respect for you and those on your team after seeing the events unfold over the past three months. Thank you for not throwing me away!

Well, looks like the brown mucky stuff has hit the fan at CAP again.

Personally I can't be arsed with it anymore I am fed up with reading about CAP, and Lou did this and Warren did this. I suppose if you dont like whats gone on you don't bother with them anymore, ....its common sense is it not? If you got dodgy advice from a lawyer you wouldnt go back, its a crap analagy but hopefully you understand where i am coming from.

I don't agree with whats gone on, and whatever the truth is about this story, I simply don't care completely through with it all.

Wow, Raj still has a piece. I haven't heard or seen him for years. he was one of the first people i ever met in person, CAC 2002 vancouver.

That is the reason that Warren has continued to be allowed to ban the Professor from CAP. His partner is in on it too.

Things are now much clearer now why Arjun is still at the helm at CAP and Warren can stay low key.

When Warren accused me of possibly doing something underhanded to help Lou against him I felt that he was NOT to be trusted. I've never lied, backstabbed or betrayed anyone in this industry like THEY all have.
