I think the **** needed to finally hit the fan in order to move forward in a positive manner. You just can't sweep everything under the rug and expect things to go back to huncky dory.

However this turns out, I hope the person that ends up running CAP is smart enough to take ownership of the past couple months events and doesn't just use the guy kicked out as a fallout guy. I understand there is naturally going to be some finger pointing, but if thats all that happens and no one takes any ownership then I will never support that forum again.

What interests me most is how the affiliate programs will react now. After all the details revealed by the Prof and Warren, these programs must come out with some statements about their sponsorship of CAP and certification by CAP. Otherwise they will lose plenty of credibility, at least as far as the affiliates are concerned.

So now it's lou v. warren. Or is it? Is this another act?

First lou says there was absolutly no ownership in CS. Now there is but it was against lous will and all warrens fault. So he 'bit his lip' and just let it go on. Both are guilty and I don't believe a word from either one of them. It they are going to fight with each other now, I don't care to see. Take it outside.

There comes a point where to many lies negate any truth. The only thing that is clear now is the CS ownership.

Perhaps those CS affiliates could get paid now.. or is this another ploy to get off the subject.

Take a video camera, the shots will be priceless

I posted this at CAP, not sure how long Warren will leave it up but thought it was worth posting here as well. Don't want the facts and issues to get buried in all the "I love Lou" posts....

This proves there really is no honor among thieves. When the tide turns, they turn on each other.

The truth has finally been admitted!

Lou, warren and another unnamed party own controlling interest in CAP, EM and Cardspike.
Cardspike owes affiliates (and players?) money. There has been no attempt to pay these people... zero!
Now we have Lou pointing the finger at Warren, Warren pointing the finger at Lou. The truth is, they are all responsible.
Lou is guilty as hell! He initiated the mass bannings. He denied any involvement with Cardspike. He went off on Steven Corfman and J Todd at the last CAP event. But, Warren and the other party are just as guilty.
Let's not lose sight of the real issues here!
Programs have paid tens of thousands of dollars to be represented here. Now, we know for fact that CAP has been operating it's own poker room. A direct conflict of interest.
    CAP audits are now worthless.
Affiliates looking for guidance when choosing safe and reliable programs to partner with have been duped into thinking CAP was unbiased and certification actually meant something.
Affiliates and players have been ripped off by Cardspike, a company owned by Lou and Warren.
It will likely be months or even longer before the dust settles here and by then CAP will be nothing more than dust and ashes.

The lies have finally caught up with them, and now they are just trying to pass the blame ....good riddance to the both I say.

There has to be some truth in this stuff, though. Fabiano may be the worst drama queen on the 'net, but he wouldn't make these allegations without some justification:

    Hey Everyone,
I was busy day trading and had not check my emails or visited the boards till this evening when a friend called and alerted me to what was going on. All I can say at this point is these are sad days to say the least.

For the record I am still banned and so is my wife the Captainette from posting at CAP.

    Hi captain!

That's odd that you are STILL banned. I know for a fact that Arjun banned you and not Lou and I can prove it. That is why you are still banned.

    Hi Gamtrak,
I'll take your word on that.
Warren and Arjun can go screw themselves for all I care. I was going to post in The Truth thread and notice I was still banned this evening.

I have been best friends with Lou for many years and I still consider him my friend even though I have not agreed with him lately.

For the record I have many friends here and at CAP, and it is sad what all has taken place over the past few months. I notice CAP was not the same over a year ago with the way it was run. I have lost trust in what is being said and done and no longer morally want to be a part of it even though I am not perfect myself. Everyone makes mistakes in there lifetime.

    Hi Gamtrak,
Don't worry about my being banned at CAP. I have decided that with all that has happened I will not be needing posting privilages at CAP now or in the future.

I remember all the good things and good times that was once shared there.
I will always remember the good things that were done for many there as well.

It's what greed does to some people. Thank God I never fell into that awfull trap.

    Have a goodnight every one.

These guys are incredible. The sad part is that I'm sure there are most of them cheating at us and making themselves richers everyday.

Unfotunately this is the way human beings are.

To be fair to AJ the Professor supported this 'light' ban that was not a full ban from what he told me and more like a vacation for the Captain. I don't believe in posting chats on forums that I held in confidence with my peers. I also believe that a slap on the wrist was needed and I know it was not an easy choice for the Professor to make. You cannot just toss the f bomb around freely on a professional business forum. This is the first I have heard of the Mrs Captain being banned but maybe that was to ensure same house hold post were not made not sure.

Love ya Cap I know that Lou was very upset about this because I talked to him on the phone about talking to you, I hate to see any friends of a long time fighting. I think you both should try to talk and work out your friendship when all the dust settles.

I just think it is time to see all those involved speak for themselves and to stop the blame game and just come out with facts and what will be done to fix it.

    Hi Captain,

I also believe that Arjun banned the casinomeister that one morning, but it's hard to believe anyone since the Professor is silenced and some folks are cool with it and going along with the program, but I won't be quite and will speak for Lou as long as he is banned at CAP.

IMO if one or two go down then they ALL go down together.

I was a regular reader of GPWA before i joined, there were a couple of posters who gave good opinions etc and i found GPWA to be a good source for info.

I joined GPWA in the end because i felt it was wrong the way that GPWA was investigating CAP, i said my bit and got in to a few debates over it.

For the last few weeks i have consistently said the we should lay off CAP, that nothing new was being posted and that it reflected a witch hunt.

Some posters felt the need to constantly open new threads on CAP and some were quite strong in their opinion of CAP

Rather than keep out of something that was effectively none of my business i kept coming back and saying this was not right, that people were kicking CAP while they were down.

Now after what has transpired over the last 24 hours i feel a little foolish.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing isnt it?

Any to those that debated with me about all this and to those that i accused of a witch hunt and also to J Todd and Michael whom i said publicly on here that they were not the people to investigate this.....

    I apologise

All of you that took a stand on this against CAP, those that wanted to expose them, those that would not let this go, well done, you have contributed in providing a service to the industry in exposing what has been happening.

I felt at the time your actions were wrong but not now, if it was not for the pressure that you all brought to this maybe we would not have got the admissions we have got in the last 24 hours.

I dont want to see CAP go under, that would be a shame, but they have brought this on themselves.

I feel for those that have defended CAP also, they were also lied to and it has been awful that those like Dom and Gamtrak who defended CAP so resolutely were put in this position.

A sorry mess indeed, but i am glad i a member at GPWA, they allowed my opinion from my very first post and now that this has unfolded the way it has they have proven to have been right in their actions all along.

I also admire the way that GPWA has conducted itself over the last 24 hours, there has been no gloating at all, that to me is integrity.
