Professor Emails Hijacked By CAP!!!!!

As of last night I can no longer receive any mail via the email addresses I had for eight years. This is the most disgusting and dirty thing anyone could do do to someone else. All my business contacts cannot reach me, my doctors cannot reach me, my kids schools, my friends and family who live out of state cannot reach me etc...

If banning me at CAP wasnt enough and taking all the money out of corporate accounts wasnt enough now I am being blinded by the company I helped build and am a shareholder in.

I can imagine the usual suspects will ride in and bash me, but imagine if this happened to you and you lost all contact with everyone you knew and who knew you!!!!

This is the sickest thing I could ever imagine doing to another human being. CAP and affiliate media should be ashamed.

Obviously if anyone is trying to reach me now they cant and I would be willing to bet all my incoming emails are being read at my old address. This is a MAJOR breach of ones personal rights. And I cant imagine anything more WRONG than this.

Even my wifes emails are hijacked and she relies on those for contact with a lot of the doctors who treat my mother and us. When is this nightmare going to stop?

We could debate what is worse, but I'd like to point out that two wrongs do not make a right.

I think folks here know that I often defend others even when I don't agree with everything they've done or everything they say. And that applies to Lou as well. He is a human being, and there are some real family medical issues I would not wish on anyone that his family is dealing with at the moment.

If Lou were my business partner, and I reached the conclusion that the relationship was not working and needed to be severed, I would never treat him the way he is being treated now. Insofar as I am concerned it simply is not right no matter what the exact circumstances.

When I heard the Professor was banned on CAP I made sure he was reminded that his account here remained open for his use as it has ever since I've been overseeing the GPWA. The GPWA has long been a place where those banned at CAP can speak their mind, and know what they say will not be edited or archieved.

I didnt expect roses to be thrown at me by some of the members. But this is really a horrible situation. For eight years I worked on CAP and always did my best to benefit the industry and affiliates. Was I always right? No, no one is. But to have ones business, money and now personal identity stolen is way out of line with any acceptable business practice.

I call on all affiliates and affiliate programs to say enough is enough to CAP and Warren Jolly and do the right thing. If they would do this to me as an owner and shareholder than they have no business integrity whatsoever under Warren Jolly's control.

It is Ironic that I do have to come to GPWA to be heard, but who could ever envision being blocked from one's own community?

Even if you have other issues with CAP or me personally whats wrong is wrong.

I am personally requesting that all programs and all affiliates boycott CAP and the events until the Professor is returned to CAP.

A note to Programs. As outlined in my letter that was deleted at CAP, I was opposed to the rediculous and predatory pricing that Warren was charging for certification. Every rate increase caused more and more built up animosity towards CAP and I told him it was bad business.

He verbally agreed on numerous occasions to my request to limit certification price increases to no more than 20% per year and I advocated a discount off the increase based on the number of years a program had been with us. He always agreed with that when I was in California and then went right ahead with the increases he thought clients would bear when I returned home to Florida. If I can regain control of the company I founded I WILL reduce certification fees significantly and will bring them inline with what is fair and what supports technology growth and innovations at CAP. With Jolly at the helm and effectively blinding me and silencing me you can expect even worse abuses of position then you have seen up to now.

Please help me bring CAP back to what it was before the last two years behavior orchestrated by Warren.

Money Stolen (likely located in Cyprus a place I know very well)
Locked out of CAP
Emails Hijacked (fixable)
Warren has a new partner to replace you

Seems to me that while you are posting here you could be about the business of moving ahead.

For the doctor situation, call them.

Register another domain, set up a board, and alert all your friends and supporters that you're open for business. The new domain will also provide you with a new email address where you can be contacted.

No, it won't be money right now, but you'll be in control again. Post all you want and explain everything you want to explain. Move ahead with setting up a new income stream. People are much more sympathetic to those they see trying to help themselves. Occupy yourself, rather than obsessing.

The legal issues you'll have to deal with as your lawyer sees fit to advise.

From my view, if I truly owned 51% of an enterprise, there is no way on earth someone else has such control of the checkbook, that they have authority to make decisions on who gets what money, while I relied on them to update me on a monthly basis. It's just not going to happen in my universe.

But that was your decision to make, as was handing over control of your business to someone else, such that they had the power to lock you out of it. So, that's been done, and won't be undone in the near future.

Since we know who the actual owner is and Lou's involvment which also means he is just as responsible to affiliates as the other guy I would like to see if he could be a little more honest than he has been.

My questions about Cardspike -

Why are there still affiliates who havent received their money?

Were stats altered to better serve the owners? This means did someone from EM alter the stats deliberatly without reason to legitamatly do so?

Why did YOU Lou lie to me and say that Cake had not paid you guys for traffic sent?

Where is the money that affiliates earned?


Whether or not someone else's name (fakename) is on the contract, him knowing and working on CS through his company puts him in the same boat as the person who actually signed the piece of paper. Especially since the amount of problems poker affiliates have had over the last 5 months. When it came time to pay almost all stats were changed right across the board claiming that there was issues with how everything was set up, however I have heard that this wasnt the case. There was no problem with the actual stats. So I think he needs to start talking about what happened with CS and answer some questions.

Lou with all due respect I think you need to start answering questions on what you have done, what the company did and start being honest about it. If you can not answer questions please reply with why otherwise I will assume you choose to ignore which means your not out to make things right..not for the people your company has hurt.

After everything we have gone through the last few months. The complete damage it has done to us. Along with what kaus mentioned there was arguing among ourselves, other affiliates and affiliate managers and perhaps damaging relationships too over this.

Now is seems there is no honor among thieves and we are supposed to pick between lou and warren? I have not heard warrens side yet.

In fact, I do not want to hear anymore. What is happening now with emails and 2 million stolen dollars should be done in Caps corporate offices and not on the public message boards. We have been through enough.

Like it was said in the beginning of the exposure on Card Spike and every other road we've been dow, cap would only say 'where's the proof?' and 'stick to the facts' So now, where's the proof that 2 million was stolen? Stick to the facts please.

Let's get affiliates who trusted you paid first so they can feed their families.

Despite not being the pontiff, i will pontificate here:

Lou if you are now a minority shareholder you have very few rights that aren't written into a contract.

Warren, whatever lou has done to make you remove him from CAP, i think you owe him:

1) forwarding his email (without reading it) for at least 30-90days, to allow him to notify contacts.

2) Pay him a reasonable severance pay, if you've terminated his employment. I would say 1 month per year of service, at minimum 2 weeks per year.

3) Set up reasonable salaries for staff, and the low end of average for yourself and other working shareholders, to insure profits aren't being siphoned to salaries (or expenses).

4) Pay lou his dividend share in a timely fashion.

I don't care who started what, what was said, etc. My opinion of CAP and it's owners hasn't changed so much based on any facts of the case, but rather the way they've dealt with this: In public, not very honestly and overly personal and dramatic. I've never seen successful people/businesses self destruct in such a public way. It's clearly ruined the reputations of two well known leaders in the industry and called negative attention to our industry.

Its like you are posting as a third party about yourself and some serious injustice that has just occurred. I have never believed in kicking a man while he is down if that man is a good man with good intentions. You are not that man anymore due to the trust you broke with thousands of affiliates and the programs they work so hard to promote. From what I see CAP built an empire to help affiliates and then forgot what the actual meaning behind CAP is/was and got greedy. Not just greedy but didn't even bother to pay some card spike affiliates what they were owed. Regardless if its Lou or Warren you will get no sympathy from me while posting here at GPWA or Casino Meister or GIA or wherever else this pathetic story is being posted.

This has done nothing but cause people grief and consume my time and money that could be used to do things that benifit our situations. For weeks all I hear every day is CAP this and CAP that and lou this and warren that.

In a time when the industry is fighting for its life with the governments of the world you picked a wonderful time to complain about your emails being hijacked. You picked a great time to not pay affiliates and your timing on making this public is priceless. I could care less about your emails or anything else you have lost during the situation that you are in. If you need to know who is responsible then take 1.99 and buy a pocket mirror. Open it up and voila !!

This does not mean I hope things dont get better for you and CAP because I know you have done some great things for this industry over the years. It simply means you have dugg your own hole and rather then come here posting you should be working on the problem. Posting everywhere is not helping you.
