    Dear partners,

I can not understand what you want to prove. Payment company belongs to Intercash Corp. If it was so easy to create a casino platform or payment system there would be millions of them. All it requires a lot of energy, money and time. If you think that we cheat our affiliates please show the facts. I repeat once again that it is only you opinion which is not supported by any facts.

Dave that what you paste here is prove who owns domain express-merchants.com but domain and payment system can't be the same. I am not a lawyer and can't give detailed explanation about it, but as I said, express-merchants isn't owned by Fordlex LLP. It is owned by INTERNETCASH CORP.

I often stay glued to the forum over the weekend, but I did take this past weekend as time away from the computer and was also offline on Monday because of a bank holiday where I'm located. Over the course of yesterday and this morning I've been working on this behind the scenes but felt I should make a post so that it is clear I'm not ignoring this.

I've had extended conversation with Marin and Petr on some of these issues. Based on what the current stage of digging into the concerns that have been posted, it appears that there are some concerns that are based on confusion but that others are based in some accurate information. There is still some additional research needed before I can fully separate the different issues involved and can answer each. One of the difficulties in a complicated situation like this is that there are several different issues involved and some posts address one portion but not others, so it can be harder to follow any specific issue (they kind of get entangled). Once I've done some additional research, I will also try to separate out the various pieces so that each issue can be given the full attention it deserves rather than some getting buried.
I have left the industry and earned a law degree at Indiana University Bloomington, Maurer School of Law. Here are ways to stay in touch with me:

Here is an update on the day and a half:
The current status is that I've had a detailed conversation with Aussie Dave about some of the information he looked at and a conversation with Marin and Peter to confirm some details. Dave indicated he would send me the documentation that we'd spoken about on the phone, but it was late in his day at the time. I'm currently awaiting the docs but I hadn't sent him a follow-up about them since the phone call. I've now sent him a follow-up note.

    Hi All,

To clarify I've, been in contact with Steve since the above post.
Without going into details I, currently have an issue with another GPWA sponsor program. I've decided under the circumstances because the GPWA is not supporting me with that problem I wont be supporting them with this.

Some may view this as selfish but my priority right now is to look after my own interests for change, instead of everyone elses.

    Cheers

I don't think anyone would hold it against you Dave for not wanting to offer free services and research work that should have been more thoroughly done in the initial due-diligence process by the GPWA in the first place!

You guys are being wayyyy to harsh on Steven first of all. Second of all I am not completely sure that you have proved your case. We are accusing this new program and that would not be fair, should we be proved wrong, due to unanswered questions.

    That said,
CityGuard and GPWA staff, please respond immediately. One of the most frustrating things about the GPWA is the verrrrryyyy slooowwww response. I am saying this as a friend. Please reply and do not let this sit! It does NOT go away!

I've gotten a lot of the information that has been requested. Since there are a lot of involved points here, I'd like to stick with my original post about separating each out into individual pieces to prevent anything from falling through the cracks. I've been follow up on several topics. Here are the topics:

    - Licensing confirmation (jurisdiction, entities involved)
    - Software fairness
    - Intellectual property (game design, program name)
    - Geographic focus / language (role in determining whether to work with a given company)
    - Owner's prior involvement in industry

I think it is important that the discussions cover all the concerns raised, so before I go ahead and create individual discussions for each I'd appreciate confirmation of whether or not the topics I've been following up on is the complete list of your concerns.

Add copyright infringement to that list of topics regarding B3W Group please, not saying it's so or true but it should be thoroughly investigated and confirmed by B3W themselves that they have not been infringed upon...

Thanks for the note about this. This falls into the "intellectual property / game design" item on my list. It is one of the topics that is a serious concern in my view.

I've sent B3W Group a message asking for their viewpoint of whether the Casino4You software is in violation of B3W intellectual property rights. Once I hear back I'll begin the planned separate thread on the topic (but would like to wait for the reply from B3W first).

As an update on the other topics, I sent messages on several topics to Marin to confirm the information we've seen. Marin has some knowledge about the topics, but he wants to make sure everything he shares is complete and accurate, which means he needs to speak with the owner/investor first. The owner/investor is currently out of town at the opening of a hotel (his primary business) but Marin will be speaking with him immediately upon his return.

I can understand chasing B3W but for you to still have to be chasing Casino4You is certainly not looking good in my view anyways, especially considering the fact that they are represented here by their affiliate program...seriously, what the heck is that about?

Are they also going to be just as fast to respond to player and/or affiliate issues?

Personally I think it's time you guys seriously considered giving them their sponsor money back.

The Casino4You owner was away because of business outside of the industry that he is involved in, and that was the initial reason provided that answers weren't available immediately. The GPWA Code of Conduct requires that a program be responsive to concerns that we pass on to them, so I agree with the sentiment that there needs to be a response and that we should take it seriously if there is not one. I anticipate that the owner is likely back from the other business he was attending to.
