The person who did that, who exposed MY details and stating that I've 'blackmailed him' is still a public member. In fact, he is logged in RIGHT now.

Probably reading it too. If you are, reply to my private message please. Scrap that: Your done mate. F*cked.

    Thank you.

People: I've got the hacker. I mean, I have ALL his personal details of which I just share some here:

Date of birth: Saturday may 1, 1982 (you look a lot older matey..)
Name Steve 'something'. - something is something Steve knows, I know, but due to privacy, I won't reveal.

The above is from his skype account. The skype account HAS BEEN verified and confirmed to me to be his. 100% for sure.

    Other info I have:

He IS Living in Costa Rica. (in paradise as his friends say...)

I've done some good sniffing around with the help of a few friends, and yes, I am pretty sure I have the right person. Even got his phone number and full address as well. What a nice place you have Steve. Will be an amazing experience to exchange all of that with jail. I'm coming for you. Or, law enforcement rather.

    Enjoy the damn ride dipshit

I DO have all details, I am NOT bluffing I can assure you all. But hey, let me protect his privacy here. Once he is picking up soap bars from his manly girlfriends, I'll be glad to share all.

I bet Steve thought he'd never get caught.

Like I said, I'm not certain whether or not it works, but I feel that reporting the results are **** when they are is my "duty". I'm never saying that it is the only thing one should do, but instead saying that it is one of many things that one should do.

It is not google we should aim at. It is the aff programs and nothing else. Or, I should get in contact - seek contact with professional Russian hackers and pay them to skin him from his privacy and destroy him.

Oh, that might be against the law. We better not.

Do you see? There is not one single affiliate program that followed up. Not one. And, it will have to come from them...

This is getting more sad by the minute..

I have been in contact with antihacker concerning the account he mentioned.

Just because an account is shown as logged in does NOT necessarily mean that they can or have posted, or that they are even still present at the forum. The active user's list at the base of the forums is cookie/session based and therefore only show login actions and not posting activity etc. (I don't recall what the session time is but this is not the appropriate place to discuss that)

I would like to continue to state that we take privacy here at the GPWA VERY SERIOUS, and if ANY member feels there is any kind of privacy breach, please notify me and Anthony about it immediately so we may investigate and take action as soon as possible.

    /end derail

I agree Shay, and I too think it is an action that might help take care of this issue and possibly reduce future episodes if we all filed a spam report.

Anyone that wants to file a Google spam report, just log in to a Google webmaster account and seach for google spam report and you will be taken to the form.

It is always good to have a search results page already up witht he offending results, as you will need to copy and paste a few things in the form.

    Hi Rick,

It is not the privacy here that I personally am worried about. Still, thank you for stating that GPWA takes it very serious.

Actually, coming to think of it, since the hacker has tried several times to 'expose me' and, since he seems to know my real name and country I reside in, let me take that away from him...

I was 'made in Holland', Rotterdam to be precise. And now I DO live in Portugal. I have nothing to hide if you compare me to Steve, the hacker from Costa Rica. But, since he tried SO hard to expose me, and make me feel 'he is on to me' I decided to do the job for him.

There. Kind of feels like this:

Pleased to meet you all, and glad I can now move on to more important things instead of trying to hide my details.

BTW: And this is important: I've only spoken to ONE affiliate program about this hacker (with my REAL name), and it is only them who know my real name and my true identity. So, as there IS no other way of the hacker knowing who I am, they must have told him.

That makes it quite simple to call them out. But, I won't just yet. I will firstly discuss that with them. Monday is the day... No one (or not many) seem to work outside office hours in our industry... Which is odd, since we move about in a 24/7 365 days a year business...

    Regards,

    Walter

If you work with the program already, I would think you have a reasonable expectation to privacy as one of their customers.

If you do not already work with this program, I would still think you have a reasonable expectation to privacy, as you're trying to stop criminal activity and their association with said activity.

To me, passing your name along to the "hacker" is not only a violation of your privacy. It also puts your life and/or livelihood at risk (potentially), as we're talking about a widespread illegal operation that surely "prints money". It additionally makes the person from the program who passes your name along all willing accomplices to said criminal activity.

    This makes me sick...

The silence of the affiliate programs who benefit from, and pay, this hacker is deafening.

Anyone doing anything about it? 888, Mansion, William Hill?

I've worked with them pretty much for years... That was in fact the reason I've contacted them by means of my own name. I thought I COULD trust them... DTA: Don't Trust Anyone... Something I've learned since I started to hunt down mister Steve.

That makes two of us.. However, it should be 3.. As in the aff program should indeed care about my privacy. They care more about someone who brings in more than I do. This tells me they indeed 'print money' with their activities. Why bother protecting him and passing on my info, if he wasn't?

Spot on. However, I don't fear them criminals. Whatever my 4 Portuguese Mastiffs will leave from him, I'll gladly shoot myself. That is, if I can find a speck large enough, to shoot. Although I don't actively 'hunt' I do like to shoot. (I guess, a hobby I've left over from the time since my compulsory 2 years of army time as officer I did in the Dutch Army... (shot a match box from 100 meter which earned me a barrel of beer!!) I still practice shooting as a hobby. I can really recommend it to anyone. It also entitles me to have my guns here, at home... Within the Portuguese law, you are ok to 'defend' your property by any means. But, I don't think I'll ever need to.. I don't think he'll ever find me..

If he does, here is his first line of welcome: Portuguese Mastiff: (times 4)

    Isn't it SICKENING??

Look, it starts to look more and more like a dirty industry. Yes, there are ethical programs / casinos etc. However unfortunately, there is a lot more crooks..

Time to take appropriate actions. Law enforcement. I now have ALL his details, and proof enough.

Steve's foeked. (And frankly, those who condone him, work with him, will be as well.)
    Thank you!

Thanks Walter, and I know now that you have stated the above, you have shown the hacker transparency is certainly not an issue for you, I challenge the hacker to the same....lol

Making the decision whether or not to reveal one's surname or any other private information should be a personal choice and not done by other third parties to which we have trusted with our private information.

    Thank you Rick.

You know how much this response means to me.. A lot.

I am not sure if Steve will take your challenge though.. However.. He does not need to be transparent..

To me, right now he is like see-through clingfilm. I even know all details about his whole family. All of it. Once I found ONE detail, all revealed itself to me. Seriously, I have all his details. It is now nearly as if I actually know him. It was like a 'jigsaw' - fit the right part, search, and the other parts will reveal itself. He has another business besides hacking. Although everything is very well covered up, this other business is what cracked it.

Just waiting on advise to what are the best steps to take, to take him down. He lives close to a volcano in Costa Rica. In fact, from his home, you can see the thing. Yeah, I've seen his home.. Seen Steve himself too. On a website he has. Strangely enough, I could not find any p=online-casino pages on this website... Odd, isn't it?

Although he is in Costa Rica: He is a USA citizen.. But, that is good. If Costa Rica law enforcement is weak, USA's law enforcement are not.

    Again thanks for your reply
    Thank you!

Yea I doubt that he will take up the challenge.

Next time anyone sees a search (especially premium terms) that shows this guys creative hacking work, be sure to post up the search query that got the results and we can report it.

    For sure.

I think I know.. But, I've got to be 100% certain before I share any of that.

One specific detail that was mentioned in the 'post from hell' done by this person in this thread (which was moderated out of view immediately) makes me believe, BELIEVE yes, that it can only be who I think it is. Something he mentioned, that I've only requested with this particular affiliate program.

To add to this: I've only spoken to them with my real name, but still, the hacker could have 'hacked' his way in to another affiliate program to know who and where I am. This I simply don't know, and have no way of finding out either.

In this case, I need to be certain above anything else. Having said all that: I am puzzling it out right now.
    Thank you!

    Lightbulb

Interesting... Can't believe I did not think of this before!! What? Well...

I just had a great conversation with Derek.

Who is Derek? Well, Derek is the manager in planet7casino. com (affiliate program acerevenue)...

Planet 7casino is also (still) on verifiedcasinos, and I've seen it on several hacked sites too..

I told Derek about the hacking and their site being part of it.

Derek was disgusted with what I've told him. He was in shock!!

Friends: This just might be a great (if not THE) way to go about things. Casino's DO NOT LIKE to be part of hackers.

Derek assured me that they themselves have NOTHING to do with hacking or any kind of illegal activity, which we already know.. But, I promised him, I'd make note of that here.

When I opened the chat, I first got connected to Grace, who immediately put me through to the manager after I asked her why it was that they hacked my site and promoted their brand on it.... Again, Derek assured me that they had nothing to do with it, which we know, as it is Steve...

However, Derek assured me even more that he WILL take action and has taken it upon himself to ring the alarm bell.

I've asked him if he would mind me posting our conversation here, in the thread on which he replied he'd rather have the affiliate program look at it first. He guaranteed that they will contact me within 2 days to discuss the matter with me, and, I've given him this thread for him to read, and to give to their affiliate program..

Perhaps not Google, perhaps not the hosting, nor the registrar, not even the affiliate programs... BUT..

The casinos themselves.. They DO care.. Let's approach them together...

So, I am going to visit a few more of the casinos that verifiedcasinos is promoting and will do the same as I did with planet7casino...

Perhaps more of us should do the same. Contact the casinos, and complain about them hacking sites. Then explain what is going on, refer to my thread here, tell them their affiliate program DOES NOT CARE, and voila.. The ball is rolling where it should roll.

I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with Derek, and feel he cares a lot. So will other casino managers whose business is legit and ethical.

I say, let's find those customer service chats and complain. Then talk to management and show them what I've told above.

I am going to try a few more, and will update accordingly.

I am thinking this might just be a nice way, to wake them affiliate programs up a bit.

    Walter
    Thank you!
