We opened PokerNations.com less than a week ago, so industry members are more than welcome to come onboard and have their brands, products and services represented (there's no charge for you to have an account with us)

Be aware that we're still "under construction", as we address bugs and add features. But the network is more than ready for you to get started with profiles.

Thanks so much for the compliment! Just to give you a headsup, I had been in touch with Damian Stevens at Everest (a Partners Account Manager) regarding having Everest represented on our network.

I did email him four days ago with an invitation to join, but hadn't seen any movement on that. So not sure if you'll want to touch base with him also to avoid any confusion or duplication of account creation.

But most definetely Everest is welcome to profiles on our network (that's right, it's plural, because we have seperate profiles for Casino, Sportsbook, Poker and so forth)

Thanks doolally for the support! We've had a number of online gambling portals recently signup, and we also picked up the PPA and Bluff and Cardplayer setting up company profiles as well.

This period of time appears to have been vacation for lots of individuals, so we're expecting more pros and companies will continue to signup throughout the month as people return from their last ditch vacations for the summer

I'll go for Twitter. Though link juice are not completely gain by your site through its tiny URL, the chances of getting high traffic is worth enough on twitter that is if you collects a unique or relevant followers who will manage to read on your tweets.

I have Facebook for Family & Friends and use Twitter as it is intended for as a gloryfied notice board and nothing else...............

Although I am still a bit of a newbie at both Facebook and Twitter, I find that I am also using Facebook for communication with family, friends, & old aquaintences, and I love it! Twitter is completely for business, and to be honest, I am not seeing a great benefit to it yet. One more vote for Facebook here!

I'm still just trying both twitter and facebook. I see value in facebook and the ability to meet people. In twitter I just mainly see junk being tweeted back and forth -- I'll keep trying to do something there, but...

Personally I like twitter better just for the fact that it doesn't have all those games that everyone tries to get you to join on facebook.

I really like facebook for many reasons including that when you post links it brings up the image you have on your blog which makes it more interesting for others to read I think. You can't do that with Twitter! Even though I use twitter and it does bring in a bit of traffic to the sites, it doesn't usually lead to conversions. Facebook gives you more ways to connect with people who actually want to play casino or poker games as well.

I prefer Facebook ten times over Twitter. Facebook provides more privacy, a better interpersonal relationship with friends and family, and fun games of course lol.

I don't even have a personal twitter account so I'd have to say facebook. Although I could live without people constantly inviting you to all the stupid games and quizzes...

Facebook is a lot more hard work but twitter is good at getting news out there and visitors quickly. Neither are very good at getting any acquisitions so I would not spend too much time on that. All in all I would probably say 50/50 really.

They are different in both sense... I both love to use them...
But really, facebook is much much better than twitter now, And people can see it. There are more farmville users now than twitter. Do you know that? I miss the time where in twitter is not full of spamming people. I mean the time where in people promote their stuff but does not bother other people that much.
Now, they are all about spamming, twitter paid ads etc...

True, but there's spamming on facebook too. I get so many damned group and event invites, and there's no easy way that I can see to customize your preferences so people can't send you all these invites.
