Lotso has a definate concern. GPWA should never give the impression that we would not work something out when there is a legitimant complaint.
We all know and love aksana.

There is a complaint and regardless of who aksana is, we need to have absolute transparency.

I feel that lotso or anyone should be able to bring any concern up here. We are all striving for honesty.

My point is that no matter what member it is, there should absolutly be concerns raised freely. If someone wanted to question my sites or anyone elses we should welcome that.

I agree with you Mojo, no matter who I am, active member or not, you know me or not. Yes I agree that I have made a mistake, but I have already apologized for that. That's all!

But lots0 tells that I'm a big blackhat spammer, and don't give any proofs of that. In this case he can tell that you or other members of GPWA are also blackhat spammers, link spammers only because they have large sites.

No question that someone should be able to express concerns about any member.

The problem is calling someone an 'ahole' and a link spammer without any attempt to ascertain who that person is beforehand.

My concern is what if we did not all know aksana? What if it was someone we didn't know and it ruined their business?

IMO it's always best to have facts and address the issue with the person that is being accused before you take it public.

I've been accused of things that I never did, but due to the fact that no one knew me or could vouch for me some believed and assisted in spreading the lies and I had to suffer the consequences.

Human nature means that any attack on a friend or colleague (whether verbal or physical) will generally end in completely biased protection. unless the circumstances are extremely severe.

I hope that Lotso does not feel offended by our protection and words of support for Arksana or think that we stick together and condone such things that he has brought up.

The extreme langauge was always going to get peoples backs up and turn us against him initially, however, were he to return and discuss this matter in a civilised manner here, i am sure that he would be asssisted in ascertaining any issues that he has. Most members here are straight and clean in their business ventures purely out of respect for our fellow members here and i am sure that the fear of being shown to be a cheat or liar in front of our membership is enough to make us so.

That said, i am still sure that our valued friend has done no wrong.

And to further make it look worse the stolen content was hidden behind what I consider to be a 'cloaking' script.

Come on this poor little Russian girl is so naive that she believes that coping a page and presenting it as her own is not theft????

This webmaster is sophisticated enough to set up (at least two) large and complex websites, one covered by a complex cloaking script... but she is so new and naive to all this webmaster stuff that she did not realize she was stealing someone else's property when she copied and pasted from someone else's site...

Any of you remember that "lonely girl' on utube, that was really a group of people? She had a lot of 'friends' too.... lol

Added... If you want to scan this site for your stolen content your going to have to do it by hand & eye, because of the 'cloaking' scripts on the site.

I'm not a spammer or content thief, how can I explain you that you will understand this? I'm not so stupid that to steal the content.

I work with affiliate programs very closely (except 888.com!!! I removed their brands from my site several times, and always I gave them a chance, and it was my mistake. Today I will remove them from my site and I've already added them to the rogue list of casinos). For example, Paddy Power Partners always thank me for my blog posts about their news and promotions. EuroPartners usually send me news and promotions of their brands in several languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian and etc. PartyPartners also always send me their latest news and promotions, and I post them in different languages. I have a good success with Czech, Romanian, German, Spanish, Russian subdomains, because I see visitors return to my site to read the latest news and promotions. So I don't see here any problems.

So, why am I spammer or content thief?

They are almost the same. I contacted this webmaster several months ago, and he told me that HotPepper gave him this review. HotPepper didn't reply to all my emails.

I have another exmaples, when my content was stolen. But usually I don't blame them in blackhat SEO, spamming and etc. Usually I contact a webmaster and ask him to remove my content, and when he doesn't reply to me, I make this theme public.

Really, I don't understand why you think that I'm a spammer. Please, expain me.

Regardless of what has happened this has opened an obvious avenue that requires a procedure somewhere along the line.

One should always contact the person whom they believe is stealing/spamming/copying first. Stating why and providing evidence, if any.

More importantly if blogging a concern, BE NICE. No one gains respect by providing unpleasant words.

So have a large Malt and move on.....please.

I can say one thing for myself.

Using words like...."poor little russian girl"...is offensive. Maybe if you didn't talk down about someone, your words would be "read" differently, to me these words show me that you are "disrespecting" someone because of who they are, not what they have done. Why don't you stop with the "name calling" and stick to whatever facts you think you have.

I for one can sympathize with her because i have "stolen" content before when i first started out not knowing that it was a "no, no". I was approached by other affiliates and informed that it is not right to use other websites material without permission, i was told in a nice, pleasant way, i was not accused of being a thief or called anything nasty like asshole. And i appreciated the fact that someone told me what i can and can't do, and i have learned many more things since then. I really don't know the facts in this case, but because she has apologized, and removed anything that was inappropriate to put on her site, and because she talked with Brian, this should be the end of it, because no one else has spoken up and said, that their content has also been stolen.. I don't understand all the hatred you seem to be pointing at her, unless you have personal issues with her that we no nothing about, or because you just have issues with anyone that is different than you? which is it??
