However this may end up for the both of you, I hope that, Aksana, you recover if lots0 is wrong and lots0, you recover if Aksana is right (beyond the copying issue).

I have a question for all you google pro's. What actions will google take against a site if the accusations are true?

The link spamming that I am accused of here by aksana... Is the kind of link spamming designed to LOWER a sites ranking in the search engines. Now why would I do that to myself?

See theory is real simple... if you want your competitor to drop out of the search results... you start link spamming for your competitor, put their link in hacked wordpresss blogs and every bad neighborhood you can find and perdy soon google will start to consider your competitor a SPAMMER and they will drop them out the search results... Same thing goes for porn. Get enough links with porn keywords pointing toward your gambling competitor and google will categorize them as a porn site and they won't show up in the 'safe' search mode for gambling keywords.

My site has been under 'attack' like this for well over a year, as has many of your sites...

Funny that the 'link spamming' I am accused of on my own site is the kind of link spamming that gets your site penalized in google...

The links that aksana put here to 'prove' I am a spammer are all "bad" links that are intended to drop my site out of the search rankings... and the really funny part is that is the same kind of SPAMMING that I believe she is a part of.

This is a reputable webmaster that I would personally 100% vouch for without a doubt.

I have zero concerns whatsoever that this webmaster would intentionally steal from members here.

I think this should end. I know if this was happening to me I would be physically ill. Aksana may be feeling that way.

I figured out how to post here

My security settings were not allowing me to post. After the google rep told us we had viruses (incorrectly, I might add), we jumped up all the security and that added security was not allowing me to post here. Thanks for posting my email.

You will see that new "bad" links are being added on a regular basis. The attack has not ended, in fact it seems to have picked up a little in the past few days.
I would also like to add that we are not just sitting around and letting this happen. We are taking steps, that we hope will help to correct the problem. WITHOUT having to remove or move the content the criminals are targeting. We feel that removing or moving the content would be admitting defeat to the criminals...and we ain't about to do that.
I won't say everything we are doing, but I will say this. The attack, we believe, is coming out of specific part of the world. More specifically from a small group of countries. We have blocked all access to our server from those countries (A huge pain in the butt to acomplish, as well as a major drain on server resources).
Thanks to all those that understand and support us.

But how can I explain that I don't use any cloaking scripts, if I don't use them at all? I explained why it was impossible to view my source code using the right click in IE (but it was and is possible to view it using the menu in all browsers ). I use these recommendations which are allowed:

How can I explain that I'm not a front for Russian Spammers? I'm not a spammer, and nobody can accuse me of being a spammer without any proofs, but lots0 does it and I see some CasinoMeister's members support him.

How can I explain that my site and my subdomains is not a spam network, if it's really not a spam network. All subdomains have content which I added manually whithout any scripts, and every month I update each subdomain with latest news and promotions. All my subdomains are two years old, and if they were a part of "777 spam network", search engines would ban them and my site.

How can I explain that I don't use blackhat SEO, if I really don't use it? My source code is a proof of that, but it's not enough for lots0 and some CasinoMeister members.

Thanks to GPWA members, they had reviewed this situation, and they know that lots0's accusations have no real proofs. But most CasinoMeister members even didn't learn this situation, they saw that lots0 said I was a front for Russian spammers, I used cloaking scripts, I used blackhat SEO, and they had believed him, becuase he was a reputable SEO expert. And only Dominique and Alexander had reviewed my site and they had understood that lots0 was wrong. Thanks to them. But other CasinoMeister members, I suppose, are still thinking that I'm untrustworthy. And moreover most of them support lots0's accusations. Even I had explained everything.

ok just read this whole thread beginning to end and will have my say now

I will start off by saying to Aksana if i was you i would not respond to Lots0 demands, he deserves nothing but your contempt for how he has spoken to you and the tone he has used.

He is nothing but a forum bully that when he fails to articulate his arguement or realises that his attacks were unfounded or without merit will then retreat into using racial slurs and other form of abuse.

I am not interested in the slightest what points Lots0 makes because the moment he started this thread he was insulting and when that happens i no longer respect the arguement or point that person is trying to make.

GPWA has its code of conduct about copying etc, fine, but it should also handle the way people talk to each other on here in the same way without exception.

Posters on here should not think it is fair game to talk to other members no matter the sitaution in the way Lots0 has done, i know GPWA likes to keep threads going in a transparanet manner without banning people and so forth, but at what cost.

Lots0 should be banned, i make no apologies for that even if he is indeed right, his words and tone on here do nothing but demean GPWA and its members.

I will not play a childish game and say that if Lots0 stays i am off, that is childish but i will say that if GPWA goes down the round were abuse of other members is acceptable then i know longer want to be a part of that.

I view GPWA as a forum were adults can discuss even contentious issues in a mature adult way without their comments being demeaned and abused and that has simply not happened in this thread at all.

If people want t talk in that manner there are other forums were that is standard practise, hell, even i do it on other forums, but not here, not on this forum and that is why this forum is such a good place.

Fortunately, almost all of the time the dialogue here is professional as it should be. Sometimes is becomes a bit stronger than it should, and I think it is appropriate to be tolerant of that within reasonable bounds.

But I agree that the comments of lots0 have had more venom than I view is appropriate and have stepped past the line of professional behavior that should be expected in these forums. And in addition to that I consider some of the comments to also be arrogant in addition to being rude. And by arrogant I mean that they have not included enough information to explain to others exactly what was being said so that there could be a dialogue about the issues raised in which others could participate.

My apologies that I did not step in and take firmer action earlier. I felt that Aksana was responding in a professional fashion, and that the thread would come to a natural close fairly quickly after that.

Because of the way this thread has evolved I am taking the very unusual step of closing this thread to any further discussion. I will reopen the thread for specific reasonable requests to post additional material that move this thread to a better place.
