Can't believe that people are suggesting that Michael and J Todd brought up the Cardspike issue because it was in their interest to do so - how can bringing this amount of crap on yourself be in your own interest?

And to say they should expect to be verbally threatened and/or physically assaulted in a public hotel in a major European city is farcical.

J Todd, you sound really peed off with everything. Clearly it's been a very emotional week for you all round, but please reconsider your decision not to be involved here. For there are, as you say, many good people here who respect you and the work you do, even if they aren't as vociferous as the noisy minority.

I didn't mean to imply that I was "done" posting at GPWA... I just really don't feel like defending myself in this particular thread anymore. It may have a lot to do with the fact that I am physically at the end of my rope right now.

Having been on the road for two of the past three weeks... having flights cancelled and re-routed... the CAP Crap... then my mothers surgery.... then I get this stomach virus... I just need a few days.

Again, thanks to all my good friends here... and mom's doing very well and appreciated your thoughts.

on another note for those ex-cappers who are curious ... I logged in yesterday after not having been in to post since London and I had 3 PMs ... one was another member announcing they're leaving, one from an AM and one from Dom whom I think is as unhappy as anybody about the incidents.

I don't know if it was here or GIA or elsewhere but somebody (I think Gams - thank you Dear) had posted Lou's announcement that they made no headway with Grand Prive whom apparently didn't even show up.

on that note i will end my temporary halt on adding blacklists about Grand Prive. It seems to me they are just buying time in hopes of seeing us forget about them. Not happening.

I hope others will also seek to increase the heat.

Well, the other guy (victim) having it on video to present in court is not good, that's for sure. He will pay him off (settle out of court), etc. and all will be well again.

He actually came off the stage, attacked the guy and then went back on stage to explain what happened.

Yup saw it, dont blame his reaction to be honest, no need to ahve beer thrown on you, but your right, he will get in trouble for that, and security from what i saw did nothing to pull him off, must have made the beer throwing hooligan well scared that he had no protection even if he instigated it, so whats the odds he also claims damages for mental trauma.

I thought his explanation was that the guy dumped a beer on stage and showed him the bird - not that the guy tossed a beer at him... That alone shouldn't have prompted an attack - he had prolly been in the green room with his pal Willy before the show. LMAO!

It was pretty funny how he came back on stage all dramatic like he had just been in some major fight LMAO - talk about working it up for all those who didnt know what was going on - little less talk and a lot more action! Was probably all part of the show!
